First let me say that I traveled internationally for most of my career and I have stayed in hundreds of 5 star hotels with tons of amenities. While this is not a 5 star hotel, Luca and his family provided the best customer service of any hotel I have ever experienced. His dedication to his clients is the best ever, bar none. The room was immaculately clean, well-appointed, with the biggest bed I have ever seen. The location is perfect; close enough to walk to the Vatican, the Spanish steps, and other famous attractions, but in a real neighborhood. It is the perfect balance for those who love to experience cities the way a local experiences them. Luca gave us suggestions for tours and attractions that we never would have considered but are delighted that he told us about. His restaurant recommendations were perfect. We had delicious food at great prices. We were there for a week and we will be coming back before we fly home. When I couldn’t figure out how to book a train ticket online (Italian train tickets are clunky using their website and hard to understand) Luca handled it all for me before I even arrived. His knowledge of the city and its attractions is invaluable and his patience and kindness are unparalleled. I told him that I had read a negative review and fell in love with him based upon his intelligent and hilarious response. Clearly the person writing that review was a jealous competitor. If the rating scale goes to 5 stars, this place is a solid 10. We feel like we have made a friend for life. If you are considering this hotel for your trip to Rome, book now. You will be elated that you made the right choice!

Soggiornare da Luca è stata una piacevole sorpresa nella capitale! Consigliatissimo per servizi, camera, posizione e soprattutto per consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare! La posizione è tranquilla comoda al Vaticano e alla metro Lepanto, la camera pulita con letto XXXL😄, doccia spaziosa, ciabattine da camera e bottiglietta d'acqua sul comodino tutti i giorni (molto apprezzata) Grazie Luca!

The location is perfect. Close to metro. The shuttle bus to Fumicino airport is just a few meters away, which is very convenient. Vatican is only a 10 min walk away and so is Piazza del Populo. The area is very nice, safe and quiet. A supermarket is also a corner away from the guest house. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Bed slippers are provided. Coffee and tea facilities and water are replenished every morning at no extra charge. Luca made us feel welcomed in his guest house even before arriving in Rome, as he promptly answered any questions we had and was always available through what's app or a phone call. Luca was a great host and made our stay very pleasant. He provided us with great tips of places to visit and nice restaurants. Thank you Luca and we look forward to coming again and recommending your guest house.

Camera grande con letto extralarge comodo (non ti incontri neanche per sbaglio).😁 Bagno con doccia grande. Sorprese meravigliose: in camera si sono le ciabatte usa e getta e ogni giorno su ciascun comodino una bottiglietta d'acqua 🔝 Pulizia ottima Luca, il proprietario è gentilissimo e ottimo dispensore di consigli su cosa vedere a Roma fuori dai soliti percorsi turistici e locali dove mangiare. Chiedete pure a lui. La posizione è buona e comoda se ti interessa la parte Vaticano, Castel SantAngelo e piazza del popolo. La guest house dista 500mt dalla fermata della metro Lepanto (comodissima per andare a Roma Termini)

Voglio ringraziare il titolare Luca che ci è sempre stato vicino con gentilezza e competenza. Siamo stati sempre ben consigliati. La posizione della struttura è strategica in ottimo quartiere, non lontano dai posti più suggestivi di Roma.

Merveilleux séjour dans la ville éternelle. Luca est un hôte incroyablement disponible qui prend plaisir à vous faire partager son expérience de Romain tant pour les visites que la gastronomie. Le logement est très confortable et très propre. Situation parfaite pour visiter à pied tous les monuments. Beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants à quelques minutes. Coté restaurant, je vous recommande le « 3 Quarti » et le « Tacito ». En bref, une superbe adresse que je vais m’empresser de partager à tous mes amis ! Encore merci Luca, nous reviendrons c’est certain 🙏😊
