攜程零評價 本來我也擔心的，但是之前的酒店沒有房間了，行李比較多所以在最近的地方找到這這一家，天吶，太超所值了！！！地理位置特別好！地鐵站走幾分鐘就到，房間新並且很大！是羅馬其他酒店沒法比的，最起碼同等價位或者再高一點的價位我是沒住過這麼新和大的房間，並且我上個酒店退房，他們也允許我提前入住了，一直都在照顧我的時間，非常感謝，所以我自己跟店主説！我一定會給你好評的！！我願意這麼做！結果我發現我忘記拍房間照片了，但他們圖片都沒有騙人，我衹有在房間的自拍…白白的大大的窗户外面有一顆大樹！拍照或者望出去都非常治癒，下面還有個運動場看着小朋友們運動也很治癒。 設施：很乾凈 很新

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per una notte in vista di una giornata lavorativa pesante al centro di Roma e devo dire che è stato una salvezza! Oltre alla camera pulita e al letto comodissimo, abbiamo trovato un silenzio che ci ha permesso di riposare tutta la notte... torneremo sicuramente!

The overall price to quality was very good compared to other hotels in the neigberhood. I liked: + bed was good + AC was good + wifi worked great + room cleaning each day Keep in mind, this is a Bed & Breakfast only place. There was no staff on-site. My main dislike was the check-in procedure ,which is why I knocked off a few points in my rating. After doing the online check-in, I was supposed to get an e-mail with an access code and more details on how to enter. That e-mail didn't arrive, so I contacted the place. They told me that City Tax was not payed and provided the link. Did that, but still no access code e-mail and now my check-in status turned into "Not feasible" (was a green "Checked in" before). So contacted them again, then finally got the required e-mail. I will give credit where due, the property does respond to e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner, so that is good at least. But really wish they would have sent a video to detail the entry procedure all the way to them room, because the e-mail instructions were lacking. First off, there is no sign on the outside of the building. So you have to know the correct building and the address. The main entrance is in the middle of the building, two large brown doors. (closed after about 18:00, open during the day). If the doors are closed you have to ring the intercom. There are two of them, one on the left and the other on the right. Sky Blue Place is on the right hand intercom, bottom half. After ringing the intercorm, you need to open the link in the e-mail on your phone and click a button, that will buzz you in. Then you have to proceed through the archway into the inner courtyard, to the right is a glass door leading to the B staircase. Ring the intercom there and click the button on your phone again. Go up the stairs (or use the small metall mesh elevator, usually seen in French movies), another button press on the phone to buzz you in. Go to your room door, this where I had the most trouble. Near your door is a key lock box named WISP. It's a black-gray box whith a black shutter on the upper half. You need to slide that shutter downwards. Inside you need to set the PIN code that you got in your e-mail. Next to the PIN dials is a small black lever like button. You need to pull that down. The box has a hinge on the bottom, so while the lever is down you have to swing it open from the upper portion. But there is no proper handle for this motion, so basically pull with your finger tips whilest holding the lever down. Then finally you get access to your keycards. Hold the keycard to the upper part of the door handle frame. Mind you, if you stay solo for multiple nights, leave for the day and something happens to your phone (drop it, brake it, lose Internet) then you are royally screwed. There is nobody on-site to buzz you in and you lost your only way of contacting the property too... You do get a decent mini market in the same building, right around the corner. Bought

Posto in un ottima posizione il B&B offre la possibilità di muoversi a piedi per andare sia in centro che in Vaticano. Il titolare Fabrizio è professionale e cortese. Disponibile a dare buoni consigli. Stanze un pò spartane ma comode e abbastanza spaziose. La colazione solo dolce con fette biscottate ma direi che visto il prezzo non si può pretendere molto di più. Il caffè però è ottimo. Camere abbastanza silenziose anche vista la zona non rumorosa.
