ホテルのスタッフの対応は最高に良かったが、客室の雰囲気は物々しかった。 我々の客室のみらしいが、洗面所と寝室が別の部屋になっており、一旦共用廊下を使わないといけないのは不便だった。

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, die Lage war auch sehr gut, nur das Wlan hat nicht wirklich gut funktioniert

Wifi doesn’t work. The heater doesn’t work. I left the property one day before my initial departure day because of the terrible experience I had. When I used hot water, they knocked on my door and said we are gonna charge you extra. The reason was I use hot water a lot. The attitude of the staff was genuinely rude and she didn’t even try to listen. Not very nice customer service. Overall, given the circumstances of the heater and wifi not working, you should not book this hotel.

Accoglienza ottima , cortese e professionale . Camera spaziosa , pulita e riscaldata . Alloggio ubicato in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere le piu belle location di Roma a piedi. Ci ritorneremo senz’altro 😺

服務態度很好，和我們講解了如何前往梵蒂岡和鬥獸場。並且最後一天給我們存放行李。 房間性價比不錯，床也挺大的，就是臨街聲音很大，沒有風扇或者空調，羅馬最近真的很熱。

簡直太差了，簡直是一種折磨❗️ 1⃣️沒有空調！電風扇一次性使用！ 夏天羅馬的天氣都在36、7度左右，沒有空調簡直悶死，且電風扇衹能使用一次，再次使用的話就需要交錢，屋子裡簡直會悶**❗️ 2⃣️老鼠🐭、螞蟻🐜、蚊子🦟超級多！ 簡直令人崩潰！樓下有超級多的垃圾桶（至少8個），垃圾桶下面全是老鼠，但是這是到達該住處的必經之路，走路的時候經常會有特別大的老鼠🐁竄過，簡直崩潰❗️蚊子多到不想被咬十多個包不要住❗️ 3⃣️噪音嚴重超標！無法睡覺！ 住宿靠近街道，每晚和清晨都會有垃圾車收垃圾，噪音大到像睡在街上❗️ 4⃣️三天才會打掃一次衞生！ 三天打掃意味着不會清理垃圾，不會給另外兩天的洗髮水，三天衹有兩袋小包裝的洗髮水，也不會換毛巾。 5⃣️房間非常小！ 夏天的時候沒有空調且房間非常小，會給人一種呼吸困難的感覺。 6⃣️到店收費不能刷卡！到店交錢必須交現金。 總之，如果有價位差不多的住宿可以選擇的話，嚴重建議不要選擇這個！體驗太差勁了❗️❗️❗️

酒店的人員很nice，主動幫我搬很重的行李，由於行程提前了，他們也很友好地幫我安排了提前一小時check in，非常喜歡💕

Merkeze birazcık yakındı. Otel gibi değil bir evin odasını ayırmışlar gibiydi. Memnun kalmadık ama fiyat performans yeriydi. Bir daha gidersek kalmayız. Çevresi çok güvenli değildi.

Sistemazione essenziale ma molto curata Lo staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Stanza essenziale ma pulita, gradevole e curata. Purtroppo i rumori stradali notturni risultano un po' disturbanti, ma il letto è molto comodo.

No había wifi

We got the quadruple room at the hotel. Room was right next to the street and there was traffic noise throughout the night. It was like sleeping on the street. For A/c you have to pay extra. For towel change pay extra. Free Wi-Fi wasn't working and the staff said there was no plan to fix it. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences. There was virtually no space in the shower to hang the towel. it was so small. Same with the washroom. I don't think a large person would be able to turn around. I will recommend to pay little bit more and find a better hotel.

È’ un hotel a conduzione familiare Mi capita saltuariamente di dormire qui e mi sono sempre trovato sempre molto bene per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Per Le camere pulite , Per la disponibilità’ dei proprietari , per la sicurezza ( basta guardare la mappa dall’alto e si capisce che si è’ circondati da ambasciate e caserme e uffici governativi. Parcheggio gratuito in strada e vicinanza al centro . Non è’ un posto di lusso ma è’ perfetto per soggiorni di qualche settimana allo scopo di visitare la città .

Calidad pésima, éramos 4 y así figuraba en la reserva y no nos dieron ni sábanas para la tercera cama, nunca nos las cambiaron tampoco, agua fría para ducharnos y tasas extra por día a pagar que tampoco figuraban en la reserva.
