Hotel Cilicia arvostelua

Hotel is clean and nice but amenities are very less even they didn’t give a kettle to keep hot water and staff all very rude.

I servizi accettabili ma la struttura da rinnovare specialmente la moquette delle stanze. Quella della mia stanza sporca e molto vecchia, anche il box doccia molto vecchio.

Good value for money, several buses go to hotel from centre of Rome, usually it takes 5-10 min to walk to the hotel from a bus stop. Interior looks old but staff cleans room well. I’d point out that mirror and shower head located in a shower cabin require replacement (there’s a rust). Another moment is that they don’t change towels and pillowcases, but bring soaps, shower gel daily, and fresh bedsheet and blanket. Air conditioner works well.

Bad location , staff not friendly , very small room , poor breakfast

The location is far from the centre,The rooms are too small for a family of 3.The shower area is too small and it is very difficult to take shower. No kettle in room, though they provided hot water at the reception 24 hours. Overall no value for money.

Bardzo polecam, śniadania były w porządku, obsługa miła, jedynym minusem jest odległość od metra.
