Absolutely fantastic, very close to Roma Termini, not too far from main attractions. Staff are wonderful and will go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. Large luxurious room will everything you need for a relaxing romantic stay in the centre of Rome.

清晨下樓電話，坐在大堂，一個黑人保安明知我在通話，打斷我問我幾號房間，而且還要我出示門卡。你自己沒看見我下樓，那是你這個黑人的問題。這點非常不爽。還有一晚上是停電。衹會sorry。

당일예약했는데 위치도 룸컨디션도 좋고 직원들도 너무 친절하고 인종차별도 없어요. 밤에 소음도 없어요. 버스나 지하철 정류장도 바로 앞이라 편해요.

離火車站非常近，裏面入住的中亞人比較多，不知掉傻原因，酒店房間在羅馬還是屬於配備優良，主要基於周杰倫的MV來打卡，有點失望，特別是服務。

ジュニアスイートを予約したら2泊とも無料でメゾネットの広いスイートにアップグレードしてくれました。とても嬉しかったです。お誕生日で泊まったのですが、チェックアウトの際にお誕生日おめでとうございますとチョコレートのギフトをくれました。ホスピタリティがとても素晴らしくとても嬉しかったです。またローマへ来たら泊まりたいホテルです。ありがとうございました。

23年春假後羅馬遊所選的酒店，地點方便出行，環境很不錯，房間設施新空間大，早餐美味豐盛，服務極為周到，前台邊設有服務中心，方便旅客規劃行程，是一家值得信賴的酒店～

大型五星級酒店，兩百多間客房，所以就是standard吧，沒有什麼驚喜。帶陽台的Junior Suite 449，可以俯瞰噴泉廣場、旁邊的教堂，感覺還不錯。早餐非常好，食材都很棒。衝著樓頂露台游泳池去的，但是很遺憾，9月底就關閉了！很失望。
