The hotel is well located , many sites and shops are within walking distance. Our room was on the top floor , small room but apparently bigger than the others. It had no windows, only a very annoying skylight, it look like it had a shade at some point but it didn’t work. The room has an electric kettle and some complementary teas. They have a beverage station on the ground floor and they provide coffee. Tea and water which is nice. The staff doesn’t care much, but they are kind of friendly. The bathroom has no windows or vent, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Ac makes a terrible noise every one minute and the panel lights are so bright. There is a couple of nice cafes next door, which are good breakfast options.

We had a great stay at Hotel Vite! Everything was super clean, and the towels were changed daily. They provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap, which was a nice touch. I was mostly worried about the air conditioning, but it worked perfectly and kept the room very comfortable. The location is excellent — walking distance to all the main sights. Only 10 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes to the Spanish Steps, and there’s a small grocery store just 3 minutes away. Shopping is all around you. Also, free croissants every morning from 7 to 11 and a Nespresso Vertuo machine with capsules available in the lobby — a great bonus! Highly recommend!

Very nice little boutique hotel. Staff booked a 2hr golf cart tour of Rome for us. Called taxis for us and answered all our questions. I would just recommend getting an ice machine for guests.

Let me be clear – this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It looks nothing like the pictures – NOTHING. I don’t even know where to start. The huge hole in the wall next to the stairs leading up to the hotel was the first warning of what was to come. The receptionist was wearing grubby, casual clothes, staring at their private computer, and didn’t even bother to stand up when I approached the front desk – unless someone was checking in. The room was dark and couldn’t be properly lit. One lamp was bent in the middle, maybe from a fall – cheap quality regardless. The shelves looked like something from IKEA or similar. The curtains were filthy and dragged along the floor. The bathroom doorframe was absolutely disgusting. The dark flooring made it impossible to tell if it had been cleaned. There was an adhesive band aid on the wall – perfectly complementing the hole right next to it. The sofa was missing cushions, making it impossible to sit comfortably – not that you’d want to. The bathroom tap didn’t work, the showerhead holder was coming out of the wall, and there wasn’t a single roll of toilet paper. The minibar? A wrinkled bag of crisps and a small box of nuts – nothing else. All of it placed on a dented shelf. The entire wardrobe was worn and almost falling apart. Extra pillows were thrown into the wardrobe. I couldn’t tell if the pillowcases were clean – and I doubt they were. The towels were definitely not clean and clearly hadn’t been changed since the last guest. One of them had dark make-up stains, as if someone had wiped their face with foundation on. Absolutely disgusting. Breakfast looked inedible – we didn’t even try, given the standard of everything else. The yogurt with muesli was just a store-bought plastic container. It was also served 15 minutes late. And then there were all the little things: – The luggage rack was broken – None of the hangers matched – Cheap plastic hangers in the bathroom – Bags of used towels and dirty bed linens left standing in the hallways There was a communal coffee area with a “minibar” – glass jars of cookies – where kids were running around sticking their hands directly into the jars. Did I complain? Yes – first five minutes after entering the room. Then again later that evening, and again in the morning. The receptionist – who clearly didn’t care – said he didn’t know when his manager would be available. By morning, we had found another hotel. I messaged them on WhatsApp in writing, telling them not to charge us for the upcoming three nights. I also confronted the receptionist in person, showing him another negative review I had found on Tripadvisor during the night. He didn’t answer – just rolled his eyes. They charged me anyway. €1848 for four days. I honestly cannot imagine what excuse they’ll come up with in response to this review, but I expect it to be as false as everything else on their website. I liked the location the most, and the multiple seating areas. The rooms were clean, but very hot due to the inefficient air conditioning, which kept turning off, and required me to get up multiple times during the night to turn it on.
