Recommend this place. Close to everything and walkable. Lot of restaurants around. Nice and clean room. Very safe for 2 girls like us to walk around at night. Well communicated with the property manager. Highly recommended this place. I’d stay here again .

Bom custo-benefício A estadia valeu a pena, principalmente pela localização. Dá para fazer tudo a pé, o que em Roma facilita muito. O quarto era confortável, a limpeza é feita a cada 2 diárias. Foram oferecidas 2 garrafas de água no frigobar, máquina para café com cápsulas, chaleira e chás. Foi tudo muito bem explicado e a comunicação ótima desde o primeiro momento. O principal ponto negativo foi que o chuveiro oscila a temperatura. O barulho da rua não chegou a me atrapalhar e foram oferecidos tampões de ouvido. O prédio possui elevador, porém é pequeno, com bagagem cabe apenas uma pessoa, mas também não foi nada prejudicial para nós.

The location is excellent, as we walked from the train station to the B&B and several sites were easily accessible by walking. The Pizza della Madonna dei Monti is beautiful and there is a good selection of restaurants in the Monti neighbourhood. It was a wonderful convenience to have access to a lift (elevator) after a long day of walking, given the room is on the 3rd floor. It was also nice to have a mini fridge, kettle and coffee maker, as well as glasses, plates and cutlery. The host, who greeted us upon arrival, was most welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the B&B to friends and family.

Let’s be honest, Buonanotte Colosseo is a self-service one room rental for budget travelers. Except the cleaning lady was there to let you in/out, no one was at the property, no one cleans room during your stay. Although Lorenz is response via text messages, we joked he/she might be an AI. The view from our room is spectacular, the church and fountain, just like in the promotional photos. The beautiful landscape view was worn out wall paper. The size of room is on small side, and overall was dirty, especially, the bathroom. The bathroom mat was so dirty, we kicked it to the corner and used bath towel instead. The bathroom hanging door is broken and left complete open. You have to use toilet and shower in full view of your others in the room. The shower basket is broken too, with half bottles of shampoo and body soap probably used by the previous travelers left there for you to use. Bed mattress is basic. Sheets are old and the cover probably was 2nd hand something like the sales tag is still there. The room is on top of a row of restaurants. Drank people make noises at midnight and early morning. WiFi did not work very well, sometimes, you lost services in the middle of phone calls. Pro: Location, in walking distances to main attractions. Church and small square views from room. Very responsive via text from Lorenz. Con: No onsite services. Dirty. Things are broken. Inside room everything looks cheap. Could be noisy from drank people hanging around in midnight and early morning. Unreliable WiFi service. Overall, the conditions of facilities and services are on par to American’s gas station motels, suitable for budget travelers.

Non abbiamo ricevuto nulla da questa struttura. Nessuna accoglienza nessuna pulizia della camera e nessun saluto all'uscita. Siamo arrivati il venerdì sera e abbiamo avuto tutte le dovute informazioni su come arrivare in camera. Il sabato mattina nessuno alla reception,il sabato sera al rientro la camera completamente sporca come l'avevamo lasciata senza nemmeno cambiare la biancheria. La risposta del proprietario: Questo è un b&b non prevede la pulizia della camera, bisogna richiederla e pagarla a parte. Qui a Roma funziona così. È bassa stagione. Non mi è capitata una cosa del genere. Pessima esperienza.
