不算有阳台,也沒有任何洗衣機。房間一個人住非常大，3個住就會嫌小了。水壓不錯可是不能調角度。有冷氣但是是中央空調不可調節。地點非常近火車站很方便但是入口不好找。不建議晚上check in 会找不到，晚上街上比較雜要注意。 前台不是經常有人在，早餐很有限但是不差。服務非常熱情

住過最差勁的酒店了 不是24h前台，晚到了沒人管 房間隔音奇差無比，一大早又是小孩吵鬧又是服務員打掃衞生的聲音，吵得無法睡覺。 沒有行李寄存服務，前台服務員全都着急下班。真的很差勁，不推薦住宿。

I was under the impression that this was a regular hotel with a front desk until I got a message from the owner about instructions on how to get into the building. It involved 2 sets of fob keys in addition to the physical key for the room. Having said that, he was available when I buzzed the intercom and walked me through the process. The 6 rooms that are part of this Inn are in the same hall, there is a kitchen area that is staffed by two friendly folks in the morning to priced coffee and breakfast. They also keep the rooms very clean. Once I got used to this set up, the convenience of the location to the metro station and restaurants around made it worth it. The fact that it is right across the street from Roma Termini was the biggest selling point.

Interesting Place interesting set up , felt like I was in a hostile. Also I felt the privacy was a bit limited in this stay. this toursit tax is also strange and have to leave money in cash. Something many hotels in the area are doing.

Great location to get to/from FCO This is the perfect place for a quick layover in Rome. It's just across the street from the train station. It allows easy transportation to/from FCO airport. The place is not huge but is recently renovated. For a short stay in Rome I would book it agian

Fabio was extremely accommodating and very personable. We were able to coordinate early bag drop. Rooms are cleaned very well daily and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Location is right next to Termini station and ties well for A or B line metros. We went with 2 families and were lucky to have such a nice location. Only 6 rooms on our floor, so not much noise at all. Thanks for everything!

This place is super convenient, literally right across the street from the train station. The room was clean, but simple. The host was on site when we were there to check us in and there is also breakfast available.

difficult to find at night but great when found HAD DIFFICULTY FINDING LOCATION AT NIGHT DUE TO LACK OF SIGNAGE AT ENTRANCE ONCE FOUND HAD A GOOD STAY LIGHTING IN THE ROOM WAS EXCELLENT WOULD STAY AGAIN NOW THAT I KNOW WHERE IT IS AT

The location is prefect, the rooms very clean and organized . We stayed for one day. The only problem since it was my first time in Italy Rome the place was hard to find we had to call to get direction , but it is not a big issue. Diffidently will come back. They have breakfast . The girl from Peru was very nice and polite.

This was ok, very simple, small. Yes it was bery clean. Reading other reviews, that seems to ne the consensus. But shouldn't that just be the minimum acceptable standard? And proximity to Termini train station. Ok, but so is another 50 hotels. So this is over-priced. Yes, it's Rome and Rome is awesome. But so is New York, Chicago, Madrid and for the price, hotel rooms would be much better, much much better in these other great cities. So overall, I recommend against this hotel. Also, door locks were the most troublesome I have seen anywhere in my many, many travels all over the world. We slept with door unlocked , even this PhD couldnt figure it out. No staff present after hours, no lonny, everytjinh very, very tiny.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Dear guesthonestly your criticism is based on nothing and on inappropriate comparisons, it would be more correct to compare the structures of a city in a specific period, the price you paid 200 euros in October for a triple room is a very low price for ours typology.The quality factor is based on features that perhaps you missed, we have a cold floor system with dehumidification instead of air conditioning.. your room was equipped with an exclusive balcony overlooking the entire street and believe me it's quite a lot, parquet, branded furniture and beds. we offer an excellent breakfast, free water and fruit and we are opposite the entrance to the station and the two Rome subways.Our locks work properly and have a magnet system.But there are also 5-star hotels if you are willing to pay 1500-2000 euros per night in October.Greetings Suite Inn Rome staff

Room was clean and modern. We just needed an one night stay to catch a flight next day so it was and it next to the Rome train terminal which was super convenient. There was nobody to greet us since I thought it was a hotel but we were given email instruction how enter the building and the room. The building brim the outside is a bit worn as it is with most buildings in Rome But when you go in to the room it’s bright and clean and modern. Would stay here again if I needed a convenient over night stay.

Lovely little find! Very close to the Main train station in Rome. Double gated, and a very lovely receptionist, and lovely room (not massive but adequate). Simple breakfast in the morning. We booked as we only had one night in Rome and got the train from the airport to Roma Termini and then the following day to the sea port. Perfectly positioned for this with just a few minutes walk

I needed to cancel my reservation. (I emailed and gave the reservation number but got no reply. (I booked directly with Suite Inn in Rome.) I However, when I tried to email to cancel, they were not helpful. 1. First--my computer kept telling me it was a suspicious site. 2. When I called, I was rudely told to cancel through the third party site that I booked through. I told them that I booked directly and they hung up on me. 4. After at least five tries and me doubting myself as to how I booked, I was finally provided a link to cancel. CANCELING TOOK ABOUT FIVE HOURS OF MY TIME NEGOTIATING THE CANCELLATION OF MY RESERVATION.
