Lovely stay! A family owned hotel run by a lovely lady. She was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is located at the heart of one of Rome’s tourist attractions; piazza de spagna - a must for first time travellers to Rome. One of the best shopping areas for luxury shopping starts in the streets here. The size of the rooms were generous and beautifully decorated. One tiny little minus for the curtins that were not covering for the sunlight and the pillows were a bit hard. I would stay again.

Great location walking distance to Spanish steps

Rome55 was a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful and very helpful to us in getting cabs when checking out. The only reason for a 4 was we would have liked the option of American coffee in the morning. However, the location was so good we did not have trouble finding coffee. I would definitely go back.

This place was right outside the Spanish steps, shopping and lots of food options. It’s very quiet. Bed was comfy. It was odd there was no wash clothes but that might be a thing in Italy! Who knows, we worked around it. Staff is SUPER NICE too. Highly suggest this hotel.

This is a great hotel if you want to be in the center of Rome! Highly recommend for first timers. Natalia was the most welcoming host and very helpful with coordinating transportation. The hotel is located very centrally so cars cannot get to it easily during busy tourism hours. But Natalia was able to arrange a car that arrive at the front door and help with my luggage to the airport. Very cozy hotel, clean rooms, with everything you need. Entering the hotel through a side street made me feel like a local. But still close enough to everything that made me feel comfortable as a solo tourist. Highly recommend this great experience. Very friendly owners that run the business, the best location for us, extremely clean and beautifully renovated. Will definitely come back.

Very nice guest house. In the center of the tourist area. You can walk all around no need for the car if you don't want to visit specific places
