在老舊的居民樓裏，指示非常不清晰，非常難找，長長的樓梯，七拐八拐，房間裏非常單調，任何配置都沒有。非常不方便

方便！走路到鬥獸場、許願池 ，西班牙階梯等著名景點也就是十幾二十分鐘的路程，省了很多等巴士等交通工具的時間和費用。房間舒適，美中不足是一個套間裏有四個房間，會有其他人的聲音。房間是舒適的。

Bell’appartamento in una location centrale e vicinissimo a piedi ai punti più belli di Roma (Trevi, Colosseo, Spagna…) Situato a 50mt dalla fermata della metro in una via caratteristica con tanti locali e trattorie Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Super consigliato

Die Lage ist angenehm nah am Bahnhof und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, sodass man Rom zu Fuß erkunden kann. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße ohne störenden Verkehr. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Das bequeme Bett hat für erholsame Nächte gesorgt. Im Gemeinschaftsraum kann man sich einen Kaffee machen. Der Eigentümer war immer schnell erreichbar, freundlich und offen für Empfehlungen.

Superbe séjour à Fantini Hôtel. Très propre et chambre conforme aux photos. Francesco est à votre écoute et sera là si vous avez besoin. Belle expérience. Grazie mille !! Hôtel à côté du Colisée à 10 minutes. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel.

The Sky room in the Fantini Rooms-Monti was extremely comfortable, very clean and the bathroom is great. The room is in an apartment in an ancient house in a beautiful part of Rome. Everything was walkable and there's a supermarket and many cafes on the road outside.

ACCOGLIENZA ECCELLENTE. POSIZIONE IDEALE PER VISITARE LA CITTÀ. RAGGIUNGIBILE A PIEDI DALLA STAZIONE. NON VIENE SERVITA LA COLAZIONE, MA È A DISPOSIZIONE UNA MACCHINA PER CAFFÈ E BEVANDE CALDE. IN ZONA CI SONO LOCALI E RISTORANTI MOLTO CARINI. CI TORNERÒ.

Posizione strategica a metà tra la stazione ed il Colosseo, vicino ad una stazione metro, non troppo distante da tutti i luoghi turistici di Roma. Ottima gestione da remoto. Camera e bagno recentemente ristrutturati, molto belli. Decisamente consigliato

Ottima posizione vicino a piazza san Pietro vicino ci sono tutti i servizi metro bar ristoranti supermercati e anche la sera è bello uscire per fare una bella passeggiata a piedi!stanza molto pulita e ben organizzata ! dovendo tornare a Roma torneremo sicuramente qui !lo consiglio sicuramente

Mooi appartement, centraal gelegen, goede bedden, mooie badkamer en goede service in een geweldige wijk, met leuke winkels, restaurantjes en terrassen! Eigenaar is bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Al met al een toplocatie om te verblijven..

Top localisation dans Rome. Le quartier est vraiment agréable et central. restaurants sympas, petites boutiques d'artisans, glacier artisanal,... Le métro Cavour est en bas le rue si nécessaire. La chambre Sky était très propre, le lit très confortable, la déco simple mais soignée. Ce n'est pas très grand mais il y a avait tout le nécessaire (savons, serviettes, etc...). Je pense que le prix est tout à fait compétitif pour une telle localisation dans une grande ville comme Rome. Nous avons croisé le patron qui était très gentil et avenant.

This is NOT a hotel, which is what we were expecting and why we booked after staying at multiple airbnbs on our Italy trip. This is a room that requires a complicated self check-in process that requires data (which didn’t work in the building so we had to do it downstairs), clicking a link in an email and entering codes. We couldn’t deposit our bags before or after checkout because there’s nowhere to leave them outside the room so we paid for a luggage storage. It was impeccably clean and pretty quiet since the room faces a courtyard. For the price, it was nothing special and the whole automated setup was disappointing. Outside the room, there is a coffee machine and some tea, with a tiny seating area and that’s all for amenities. Would not book again.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Hi Kimberly, I'm sorry about the points you listed but I'll reply:1- we didn't say we were a hotel, we are a guest house that offers certain services such as a hotel, daily cleaning, linen change, amenties2-as far as self check-in is concerned, we don't think it's complicated, it's like checking in online when you take the plane, furthermore if you didn't have access to your phone, you could click the link to open before getting on, honestly I don't I see what the problem is 3- saying that there is only one coffee machine as amenities is not true as the coffee machine is a professional machine with coffee beans, milk, chocolate, cappuccino, tea etc. Furthermore, as services we have a telephone, vanity set, body cream, intimate cleanser, conditioner, shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel and 2 bottles of water in the minibar as well as the safe and free super-fast wifi and smart TV for Netflix, first video and more, without specifying that the beds include Dorelan toppers.4- regarding luggage, you didn't ask us anything, so it's not correct to say what you said, if you had contacted us (as all our guests usually do) to request luggage storage we would have been able to take care of it for her, despite there being a cheap luggage storage facility 1 minute walk from the property.Thanks a lot,Francesco
