本來挺期待的，到酒店之後徹底傻眼了，這是我在整個歐洲住過最差的酒店，酒店對標説白了國內150塊招待所吧。照片嚴重不符，房間牆皮已經脱落了，地上隨處可見的白色牆皮屑。房間和廁所總是能見到黑色小飛蟲，並且廁所反胃特別嚴重，隔音也很差，隔壁稍微大聲説話就可以聽到。

房間是隔開硬做的廁所，廁所完全是透明的，我不知道要是和家人住這種房多尷尬。並且廁所就是個玻璃罩子單獨在房間裏，很雞肋，浴室沒有做乾濕分離，上廁所都全是水。我們住三天才給我們換一次毛巾，垃圾桶也小得要死，隔音也不好。

I feel so lucky found this accommodation. It is few blocks away from Spanish steps and Spagna subway. Super clean, daily house keeping. Ammenities are complete, bathroom is modern and fancy. They provide small fridge, nespresso coffee machine, iron board, hairdryer. Sonia has been helpful and always checking on us if we need anything. Check in process super fast and clear instructions how to get to ir room. It is 100/10. Superb.

It was super stay from the very check in which was online and very convenient. Sonia and Stefania were always in touch and very helpful! The room is big and it was cleaned every day, there’s also coffee machine and tea cups so u can relax in the evening) The location is outstanding, all sightseeing spots are on the walking distance, caffès and shopping are in the nearest neighbourhood) Highly recommend this place especially if it is your first time in Rome that would make your trip to Italy just perfect)

Świetna lokalizacja, codziennie sprzątany pokój. Łatwy kontakt z obsługą obiektu. Na plus udogodnienia typu suszarka, herbata, express do kawy, czy też odżywka do włosów.

Ubicación perfecta y personal súper atento en cuanto a los detalles de la habitación. 10/10

總體是值得一住的。入住程序、區位因素、房屋清潔等都可以。 但是要注意由於它是在居民樓中，需要較為複雜的預訂程序：包括大門密碼，房間密碼等… 如果英文不好的一定小心。 另外，我雖然知道羅馬有城市税這個內容，但兩天被收取25歐這件事我仍感到疑惑。因為我居住的另一個酒店兩天衹收取了6歐（3歐每天）

Located at the heart of Rome near spanish steps. It is walking distance to everywhere making it super convenient. We had a nice Host as well Sonia.

第一次入住這種旅遊熱門地的自助checkin酒店。地理位置沒得説，就在西班牙台階三百米內，購物遊玩特別方便！體力好的，幾乎可以完全citywalk羅馬80%的老城景點和博物館。也就兩三處稍微遠點。逛街購物就更不用説了，周圍大牌雲集，也有小店。。。衹要適應這種沒有前台，自助checkin,繳税，交房費的方式就好，而且可以寄存行李，但需要提前電話跟工作人員説好。。。房間設施也還好，類似國內三星半左右的級別，在歐洲就算還好，床也舒服，也有電熱水壺和吹風機，有電梯。貴在地段好。不足之處:地處鬧市區，酒店是老房子改的，臨街的窗户一點不隔音，能夠睡覺的時間是23點到早上6點多，其他時間送貨的聲音，人流聲音很明顯，需要自備耳塞，不然睡眠輕的人，肯定會影響休息。還有，酒店郵件回覆不及時，似乎跟服務項目相關的回覆都要通過攜程平台，然後跟繳費相關的，酒店又會發郵件給住客提示。這種不能及時聯繫上的感覺對第一次使用自助服務的人來説，缺乏安全感。除非自己打電話直接對接酒店值班管家，英語交流明白，但這個會涉及國際長途和外語水平。。。總之，最好出發前，在國內把不明白的、需要確認的系列都提前直接跟這家酒店的人確認好。還有，攜程上留的酒店電話（+39-6-45774267）用國內和當地的國外電話都打不通，衹有+39-3756915211這個電話可以打通。請平台更新電話問題。
