自助入住，非常老的一個樓，晚上是聯繫不上房東的。 房間異常狹小，與圖片有些差距。臨街，加之火車站附近比較吵，基本沒有隔音。 除了相對便宜和交通方便，基本沒有優點。附近還有很多其他選擇。

Easy to find, directly opposite the south exit of Roma Termini station. The staff were not on-site, but really helpful, especially when we arrived and needed help getting into the flat. Overall an excellent location in a clean, old building with plenty of character. The room itself was a little cramped and could have done with space to hang clothes. Other than that, it was an decent stay.

ローマの中心部から少し遠かったが、まあ良い。駅から近いのも良かった。部屋が暗かったのと、外が工事中で窓から粉が入ってきた。

호텔청소가 제대로 안되있어서 리불에 머리카락도 있었고..냉장고가 없어요..에어컨도 시원해지는데 시간이 너무 오래걸리고 체크인할때 리셉션이 없어서 불편했어요!바로앞 건너편에 슈퍼가있어서 좋고 로마아울렛가는 버스도 바로 앞에있는 장점은있어요!로마떼르미니역은 가까워요!호텔아니고 에어비앤비라 생각하시면 됩니다.호텔도 아닌데 트립닷컴에 등록되어있다는게 좀 이상합니다

讓遊客很著急的一間店 非常不負責任

When we first arrived at the apartment. It was 38 degrees so we were very hot and expected air conditioning as one of the Amenities says. However we had a ceiling fan and that was it. So our time in the room was absolute torture. We literally couldn’t sleep, it felt like there was no air, and we took 6-8 showers in one day just to cool down. We were also promised curtains as the room we stayed in was opposite to a multi-level car park where we would easily be seen and the curtain was no where to be seen, we later found out we have those wooden curtain from the outside, but it was stuck and it was not possible to shut. At least we had free Netflix, the bed would’ve been a lot more comfortable if it wasn’t for the heat, and the app that the door can be opened with a phone is pretty cool. But none of that is worth it with no air conditioning and no curtain

非常差，我歷史上住的最差的酒店！千萬不要訂！！

It’s a walkable distance from the train station. There’s a food court open to midnight at the train station opposite the apartment.

一個人別去，兩人以上可以考慮。我是趕飛機要凌晨去火車站，住在那裡比較方便。那裡是和居民區混合住在一起的，電梯很久，久到沒幾個中國人見過的那種，好在鄰里算友善。房間裏面沒有窗簾！！沒有私隱！可怕！全程都是遠程交流，郵件Checkin，去到不懂打電話問，英文差一點都不行。

テルミニ駅からすぐ。チェックイン時間より少し早く着きましたが、ホテルに連絡したらすぐ入れてくれました。対応がオンタイムで素早く親切です。外観からホテル用の入り口ドアを少し見つけるのが難しかった。部屋の中は予想より綺麗で何も問題なかったです。強いて言えば、シャワールームの排水が良くないのと、少し枕の臭いとベッドの下の埃が気になったくらいだけど、そらは私が潔癖症だからかも。

體驗其實還可以，希望房間有窗簾比較好，正對火車站和停車場有點尷尬 咖啡機好像是壞的，訂單後也沒有主動聯繫，不過在火車站附近很方便，也相對還是安全的，五一節這個價格不錯了
