Excellent Service! The appartment was clean, cozy, in a quiet neighbourhood and only 2 minutes walking distance from the metro & bus station :)

是一家民宿的一個房間。房間是不錯的，位置也離Termini火車站步行5分鐘內。但是攜程上的價格非常Tricky，且這家不能取消。大家謹慎選擇。 總共付款： 攜程產品頁上的CNY 900+ 到店付的清潔費EUR 100 城市税 EUR 12 提前Check in EUR 25 算下來不如住酒店了。

The place is well renovated and very clean. We got the Le Suite and there was enough space for us to freely walk around and have a comfortable stay. The common kitchen also helped us with breakfast preparation and the host has always been accommodating. We were able to check in early for a small fee, and the souvenirs helped a great deal to make an impression. The location itself at night time can just feel a bit tense, but nothing to make you so fearful (for a seasoned traveler). Price is the most reasonable we've found during our season and it's just few mins walk away from Termini which is why we booked the place. There were ample restaurants around and a nearby supermarket. The place is very clean and really a delight.

위치 : 테르미니역과 매우 가까워서 늦은 밤 아니라면 치안 걱정 크게 없고 이동이 편리했습니다. 다만 역 근처라 길거리에 냄새가 납니다. 시설 : 건물이 매우 오래됐지만 엘리베이터 있고 내부는 리모델링을 다 했는지 매우 깔끔합니다! 다만 현관문을 열쇠로 여는게 너무 힘들어서 애 먹었네요. 방은 두명이서 쓰기 충분히 넓고 화장실도 넓었습니다. 침대가 엄청 크고 편해서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 공용 공간에서는 냉장고와 주방을 함께 사용 가능했으나 전기포트는 없었습니다. 호스트 : 체크인 전 처음 안내 받은 약속장소에 아무도 없고 연락도 안 돼서 바로 짐을 맡기지 못했고 한 시간 동안 점심을 먹고 나서야 호스트를 만나고 짐을 맡길 수 있었습니다. 그 이후에는 연락이 잘 되었고 문의사항에 대해 친절히 답변해줬습니다. 모든게 만족스럽진 않지만 위치와 시설은 보장합니다!

- 房間: 有一個傳統公寓改成了三間房間，有個小的廚房和公共區域公用，每個房間不同，空間挺大的，其實更像一個shared apartment的概念。房間內應該是新裝修不久，設施還可以，但是不太隔音，不過歐洲很多酒店隔音也不好，可能也沒辦法。 - 位置: 愛恨交織的位置，距離火車站很近，就在旁邊，但是街道真的很亂很臟，而且有不安全的隱患，出門需要非常鎮定強大。 - 如果路過中轉，或者不介意歐洲非洲的亂的，可以住一下。如果是度假，有差不多的預算，最好選其他的區域。 - 另外，這個住宿的入住時間是下午5點，比一般酒店要晚，否則有額外收費25歐元，另外還有額外的清潔費100歐元，這個説實話有點坑，booking也有很多民宿類的，但是很多是沒有此類收費的，在攜程歸類在酒店裡，很容易不注意。 - 辦理入住也挺麻煩，入住前必須要通過Google sheet自助填很多訊息，對很多不能使用的人很不友好，覺得不太正規。
