Casa Bella Pantheon

Casa bella pantheon Vägglöss på hotellet. När vi efter några dagar äntligen fick tag på ansvarig i receptionen möttes vi av dåligt bemötande. Fick tillbaka en mycket liten andel av vad hotellet kostade.

BEWARE!Book at own risk. The Hotel manager/ owner books multiple people for the same room on the same dates and cancel bookings on his own, without letting customers know. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no onsite reception. we had difficulty contacting reception number and Giuseppe , the Manager / owner was very rude, saying' It is my hotel and I can cancel anybody's booking/ anytime!We were stranded and had to book another accommodation at the last moment.

Great location, walking distance to every attraction we wanted to see. Place was a little run down and musky, but overall okay.

Great location near Pantheon. Great location, rooms were as described. Easy check-in and check out procedures. Comfy beds and good space. We loved our stay at Casa Bella. Would recommend

Good location but poor condition of the room If location is important to you, then this is the hotel for you. But if you care more about safety and condition of the room, look somewhere else. We were given a room that was flooded before and part of the floor came out making it unsafe. We were not given any heads up before our arrival so it was too late to find another hotel in the area. We tripped several times and the bathroom door can't be closed because of the bulging floor. On the last night of our stay, part of the door frame fell and hit one of us on the head. I texted the person in charge and received no response at all. Also, the reception was only open till like 2pm, so you can't get any help after that. However, the reception staff was helpful and polite if you could catch him early enough. We have been to Italy 6 times before so are very experienced travelers. Therefore, we can handle many unexpected situations on our own. However, for someone less experienced or for families with small children or elderly, this situation could ruin your vacation. I do have to say the location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to all major attractions. But the condition of the room is unsafe and honestly shouldn't be rented out before the issues are fixed.
