Although this hotel has the potential to be great, it was a great delusion.
The location is excellent, but the hotel is on. The first floor and the lift/elevator doesn’t work properly and it’s quite small. So if you are travelling with a big luggage, it’s not the hotel for you.
The room wasn’t big but it made do, the main issue was that it was falling apart. It feels like they’ve put a fresh coat of paint and thought none noticed the cigarettes left by the previous occupants, the broken door on the balcony, the soap provided only for one guest, the bathroom that it’s breaking up, all the plugs that were not inserted, the A/C not working, etc etc.
We will most definitely not be coming back.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, y a 5 minutos de una boca de metro. Está situado en un edificio muy antiguo con poca conservación. Dispone de un ascensor muy, muy antiguo y muy pequeño. Sobre las habitación: cama cómoda, cuando llegamos vi las almohadas que, sospechosamente, tapaban el cabecero y si, lo tapaban porque estaba manchado del roce de las cabezas, era tapizado, lo que no parece buena idea para un hotel. Dormimos a 15 cm del cabecero. La habitación muy pequeña y lo peor; sin armario!!!! Y sin una percha excepto la de la ducha. En días de lluvia como nos sucedió, no había donde dejar las prendas de abrigo mojadas. Pedí una percha para esa noche, lo comprendieron pero no nos la pusieron. Parket muy deteriorado que causa muy mala impresión. Si vas a la 105, te aconsejo no abrir la ventana, da a un pequeño patio sucio y mugriento. Pese a su ubicación, no repetiría y desde luego, no lo recomendaría.

Great value for money! Lovely staff
Staff were lovely, great location and great value for money.
Could be cleaner, a lot of dust especially underneath the bed. Maybe supply extra bedding during the winter months as a thin sheet is very little but other than that we had a wonderful time in Rome and in Dem Hotel!

Great
Great hotel. Very central and easy access. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is every other night it sounded like someone was walking around with a leaf blower at 3am for 10 minutes straight. But the actual hotel were great.

Très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Rome
L’emplacement est très bien pour aller visiter à pieds le centre de Rome. L’hôtel est très calme. Le personnel est souriant et très accueillant.

Posto pulito e accoglienza gentile. Camere piccole, con qualche scomodità (comodino lontano dal letto) e pessima insonorizzazione; la finestra non si chiudeva e le tende non erano oscuranti. Il bagno purtroppo aveva un odore di fogna piuttosto forte. La colazione davvero troppo essenziale e non curata

À 200 euros la nuit, j'attends un minimum. Malgré mes relances, je n'ai pas eu de lits séparés, ayant bien précisé avant mon arrivée par mel et avec confirmation de l'hôtel. Frigo ne fonctionne pas alors qu'il fait 28 degré, le chef ne pouvait se déplacer... voilà toute la considération qu'il a pour ses clients. Minimum de confort ce qui n'est pas acceptable au regard du prix. On vous donne la clef et débrouillez vous... À un tel prix, le responsable se doit de vérifier : poignée de la porte non fixée qui tombe à chaque fermeture, frigo qui ne fonctionne pas cela se voit et se sait mais ils ne font rien car ils nous considèrent de passage. Je ne demandais pourtant pas grand chose. Je pense que vous pouvez trouver largement mieux.

non ci sono parole perche',se non fosse per la cordialita' e la cortesia del personale in accettazione, la camera era una trappola con tutto il pavimento disconnesso.Il bidet ballava mentre,se si usava la doccia,i rischi di allagamento erano certi
