there was sewage in the sink when i walked in, and obviously not draining. i walked out sick to my stomach, and got a room somewhere else. The property does not come up on gps. i really hope that sewage did not expose me to any diseases such as hepatitis

The room I was given was dirty and in total disrepair, there were no towels in the room, no toilet paper in the room, the lights didn't work. The bathtub had been painted by someone and the paint was coming off. Tried the shower to even see if the room had water and the handle pulled off the bathroom wall. The room looked like it hadnt been worked on in 20 years. I would not have stayed in the room if it was offered for free. This property should NEVER have been listed on *******. It was so bad I am not sure how the health department has not condemn the property. It needs to be black listed so no other traveler has to deal with the same. I drove to find 10 plus hours straight to get to my destination and then had to drive around looking for another place to stay. Total BS!!

The conditions are hazardous, with potential health risks such as bacterial infections. The hotel appears to cater primarily to homeless individuals and lacks essential services like lighting. Given these issues, it would not meet the standards expected by travelers using ******* or other booking sites, which typically require a certain level of quality and service

Nope. Nope. Nope.
We’re in area for Utica Boilermaker. Should have read the reviews. Woman at the front desk was extremely kind and friendly. The room however smelled musty and of stale smoke even though a non smoking room. Floor was loudly sticky, broken lampshades, refrigerator not on, stains on toilet back, around the sink still had dried what I hope was toothpaste. Looked to be long term residents hanging outside the rooms smoking next door. Parking lot was full of paving equipment as they were actively patching. I should have known better, but I would never recommend this hotel. Did have a deadbolt but secondary chain lock broken. Needs major update or demolition. But again lady at desk very nice. If we were there for longer definitely would have left…and trust me we almost did.

Grossest place ever
It was truly unbelievable how dilapidated, dirty, and disgusting this motel was. From dodgy stains on the sheets and mattress protector, to broken furniture under the stairs, to non-working lights, we moved to a second room that wasn't much better. The floors were filthy, the bathroom tiles were breaking off at the edges, the electrical outlet box was coming out of the wall, and the sheets were clearly cheap consumer from Amazon, plus they were so heavily scented with detergent/softener that my skin started to itch within minutes. I guess I should be grateful they washed them recently? It's clear that this was formerly a budget motel that was never maintained when ownership changed. The manager didn't even care to be on premises when we checked out at 7:30 am. Honestly, a zoning inspector should take a second look at the place; it's a hazard.
