"We got the junior suite for our family of 4. The room was quite spacious and the kids loved the jacuzzi bathtub. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Service was excellent. Location was also great with the subway just outside. The view of Athens from the rooftop was also awesome… a great way to end our stay at Athens being able to see all the places we visited. The only issue I had was with the parking. While the hotel has parking, lots are limited and was full when we arrived. I had to find street parking. The first night, I was lucky and found one quite quickly and only about 6mins walk from the hotel. The second night, I took close to an hour to find parking. There was paid 24hr parking across the street but they couldn’t accommodate our larger car. The only other slight problem with our room was that the wind would hit against the door early in the morning when other people where checking out… as ours was a corner unit. It sounded like someone was slamming on our door and it woke me up. Took me awhile to figure out the rapping on the door was caused by the wind and not some prankster."

"Great service from the hotel staff. The lady at reception was polite, kind and friendly! The hotel location is very near to the syngro fix train station. The hotel room looks new and very well maintained. The amenities provided includes a brand new coffee machine. Complimentary teas and coffees provided. Toilet amenities like shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste was also provided. There's shops nearby. Minimarts, cafes."

"Very nice hotel with great rooms and excellent location. The restaurant has a great range of food and all of the dishes we had were fantastic. The view of the restaurant is also great, highly recommend booking the restaurant table with good views of the Acropolis. The breakfast variety is limited but nice quality. Overall it's highly recommended and we really enjoyed our time there."

"The location, cleanliness, and amenities were excellent. The staff was very friendly. They prepared the room for our baby, even with a separate crib. The shower, room temperature, coffee maker, and decor were all excellent. The staff were very helpful. It's definitely a quiet, luxurious, family-friendly hotel. Thank you very much. I definitely recommend it."

"Hard to find, we ended up at the wrong location and spent the night with some polite strangers. No one answered the phone when we tried to call. I had a baby with us and arriving from Australia at 12am is not a pleasant experience. The code , apartment number and address should be automatically sent 24hrs as we had already paid for the stay. We were put in a dangerous position and hope that this feedback is given to the owners. I would like to be contacted or refunded the first time stay as we did not use the first night stay"

"Absolutely loved my time in this hotel! Had a great time, amazing poo, incredible roof top restaurant, the most iconic view possible ever in all of Athens with a beautiful setting!! Could not have asked for more!! totally loved it would definitely come back :) Also loved the set out, all of the marble, the foyer and the staff were amazing to me and the restaurant team really did a lot to look after me and my dietary sensitivities!! Mega love to all who looked after me and massive massive thanks!!"

"It is very classic and vintage inside the room! But hotel reception and doorman are very thoughtful and helpful on every guilde to everyone! Breakfast is amazing for traveller like me must wake up by good food’! So It is definitely a standard of 5 star and the location surround by great local cuisines with reasonable price! If you come for city walk for short! This hotel is the best of choice!"

"The hotel was in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere including to the acropolis, lots of bars coffee shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel was very good lots of choices."

"The hotel was really nice and right on the main road close to two metro stations at very walkable distance. They provided me with 7th floor road facing balcony room on request which was perfect for me. The room was clean with a fridge and a smart tv. There was issue with wifi on the first 2 days but they provided with a greek sim for use. The breakfast with a view was plentiful though they exactly close at 10am but you can sit with your stuffs longer and enjoy the food. They even provided all sorts of toiletteries including lotion. For the discounted price I paid, the stay was beyond expectation. The ac in the room worked great. The bed was comfortable. I personally did not face any safety issues coming back to the hotel even at 10.30pm."
