"滿意的點 1酒店離華髮廣場和天鏡湖公園都算挺近的，步行可抵達。 2.辦理入住服務人員態度挺好的，雖然沒能給我免費升級，但幫我爭取到了小朋友的早餐，以及我需要小朋友的洗漱用品和浴巾拖鞋也是很及時的送來了。 不滿意的點 1.洗手枱的大瓶潤膚乳按壓不出來。 2.洗手枱無法排水，無奈我是把塞子拿出來了。也有可能本來就是這麼設計的。 3半夜11點半到12點半一直聽到隔壁有人在説話，不知道是酒店隔音太差，還是她們説話聲音太大，我們一夜沒睡好。早上隔壁又接著説話，真是精力充沛。"

"馬年春節，我和先生、女兒在太倉金茂隱逸玫瑰莊園酒店度過了一個完美的假期~非常感謝酒店所有工作人員~~年初五到店入住，因為假期的關係等待入住的客人非常多，但前台的秩序井然，並且給到我一個超級無敵大驚喜，因為這次假期是和先生十週年結婚紀念日，給到了我套房升級，非常開心。因為房間還沒打掃好，小姐姐引導我們先四處逛逛，酒店大堂內有新春DIY活動，有HAPE的汽車軌道組合（硬控了我三歲娃半小時），室外非常大且漂亮，去看了小動物、圍觀了其他客人騎馬。大約等待1小時左右，前台就通知我們入住了，套房真的太讚了，200多平方的面積，一樓二樓都是套房，娃興奮極了，簡直就是公主城堡！ 【吃】首日在酒店餐廳吃了海鮮火鍋自助餐，雖然餐品的種類不是特別多，但是質量都不錯，肉類、海鮮、各類小吃齊全，冰淇淋的質量也很好，娃吃的非常開心。次日吃了房券內自帶的雙人套餐，也非常不錯，菜品精緻，大閘蟹非常肥美，味道很好！另外，酒店對面還有一個玫瑰莊園景區，也有餐廳，也不錯~ 【玩】對於3歲娃來説，酒店內的HAPE小童城堡簡直是她的最愛，裏面有釣魚、小廚房、小火車、鋼琴等，都是HAPE的玩具，春節期間城堡2樓每天都有DIY活動（我們體驗了製作盆栽蛋糕、石膏娃娃塗色）以及益智遊戲，關鍵是小童城堡內的工作人員顏值又高、服務也熱情，對娃非常温柔耐心。另外，酒店裡有小動物園區（馬、梅花鹿），湖內散養了黑天鵝，草坪上還有騎馬體驗（神奇的是，馬平時是散養在酒店園區裏的，感覺很鬆弛）。室內還有模擬高爾夫/KTV/棋牌室可以選擇，另外籃球場也巨大，游泳池目前也開放了。酒店區域是一個巨大的公園，全部走一圈至少要大半個小時，但不用擔心，任何時候走累了就可以聯繫微信管家呼叫接駁車，非常方便。 最後，感謝微信管家小隱，感謝2月21日中午在前台服務我們入住的單眼皮圓圓臉小姐姐，感謝大堂內負責抽獎的KELLY送給娃的禮物，感謝2月21日-23日為3888房間打掃衞生的阿姨，感謝各位接駁車小哥哥，感謝酒店的管理團隊，給了我一個完美的結婚紀念日假期~~"

"The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen."

"🏨 環境 酒店環境不錯，吃完飯可以在周圍溜達一下。 📍 房間 房間、衞生間都非常乾淨，無可挑剔。床很舒服，它其實是硬的，但你睡着不會有任何不適。我們住兩天，管家也會問是否需要阿姨打掃。住的後兩天會太陽射到房間，很漂亮。 🥣 餐食 · 早餐 兩天早餐都在民宿吃，是常規的自助早餐，東西不算多，味道不錯，每天都吃的飽飽的，開啟元氣滿滿的每一天。有熱檔（大餛飩、麪）、粥、炒麪、烤麪包、燒賣、蒸餃、沙拉、咖啡、紅茶等等等等。 · 晚餐 我們點了一個“滋補套餐”，一共5個菜，換了一個菜。管家會提前提醒我們飯菜已準備好了。量很大，味道很不錯，值得一嘗。 🤵♂️ 管家 管家熱心周到，提前把各種相關訊息，還有晚餐的菜單提供給我們選擇。我們對於晚餐換菜的要求也及時回覆確認，效率非常高，點贊！"

"I recently enjoyed a short stay at this lovely place, and I couldn't be happier! The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious, making each meal a delight. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which added to my overall comfort. My dog had a fantastic time as well, which is always a plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather during our visit, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made it a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!"
