"Room was clean but had a bit smoke smells. Would appreciate more if completely non-smoke. Front deck and all staffs were very accommodating. Location was good with minor issue on the noise of trains pass by in the back. Would be better if hotel installs sound proof windows. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay there future"

"Pros: location in a good neighborhood, some good local small homemade food around, rooms are spacy and big enough with very good bedding, service was good, the people there were very friendly and helpful! The people actually made the place into a higher value hotel so the price of 150 rmb was good! The hostel has no elevator but the staff there will carry guest luggages up and down so we had no problem. Cons: the air-conditioner in my room was hard to manage as it kept changing the temperature, guess it was a part of the smart system in the room. The smart system was good but I don't speak Chinese so I couldn't use it properly."

"A great hotel next to the huangguoshu scenic area entrance. A super cozy garden with a swimming pool, nice breakfast. Rooms are very big and convenient. We have booked two room, but unfortunately we have got one on the ground floor and it had a smell of mold as well as traces of mold on the ceiling and walls (which I understand is quite common in china) If we have got another room, I would evaluate our experience as excellent."

"Absolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!"

"The hotel interior is beautifully designed. We booked five rooms altogether as we travel with four families. The staff helped us arrange all the rooms on the same floor and even upgraded our rooms. I really appreciate their kind arrangement. The restaurant food is so yummy. There is a recreation room where we can play tennis. There are lots of places to take instagrammable photos. It is beautiful! If guests come in summer, they can join handcraft workshop to make their own 紮染bags or cloth in different kinds of blue colour. Wish to come back again!"

"優點：1. 服務的妹妹們態度真的很好！人還沒到先問有沒有小朋友，給安排小朋友的鞋子洗簌用具。2. 大環境還可以，在深山裡，空氣好，不過濕氣也比較重一點。草木多以為蚊子會很多，實際上居然也還好，在户外陽台喝茶沒被咬過。 缺點：1. 房間設施有待提升，空調真的有點吵，一個晚上嗡嗡響。 2. 去房間的路面，是斷開的石板路，對於拉桿行李箱，可以説非常不友好了。上二樓的台階，旁邊沒有斜坡，純靠人力把行李箱拎上去，更不友好了。3. 然後就是餐廳，嗯，出品都一般除了湯麪，叫了份糖醋排骨甚至有兩塊夾生的，價格也偏高，所以衹吃了一餐就不再選擇。"

Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! Special thank you to all the staff that helped us during our stay - 小陶、小万和小绒 - you were all so attentive and went above and beyond. All I can say is thank you!! See you again soon!

這個營地很大，環境還可以，但是往裡麪走有些設施感覺還是有點破，維護的不好，後面落葉也沒人清理，過車的時候發現那個過水的溝渠都爛了兩個大洞，那個車衹能剛剛從兩個洞旁邊走，多少還是覺得有些可惜。 好的就是這個酒店就在景點旁邊，也就是一百米左右就到那個遊客中心了。 服務態度的話湊合，裏面設施不行，衞生間有些設備都老舊破損了。 好一點的地方就是車可以停在住的房子門口。

i went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages. 我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。

這家酒店特色：房間可以看到紅色過江大橋！另一側就是一個免費瀑布！！！ 房間帶露台，可以享受極致美景的私人空間。 這次出行由於太匆忙，居然忘記帶眉筆！一路沒有找到買的店！最後這家管家特地為我去鎮裏，而且買到了適合我髮色的、價格美好的眉筆！！！對於旅行中需要出鏡開會的人，就是救星一般存在！還有為了讓我有安靜環境開會，還讓施工馬上暫停⏸️！説實話，就不説其他，這兩個服務，已經讓我感動到不行了！那可都是我的“要穴”。再有對大家通用的就是管家羣，真心服務體貼入微了！！！酒店的地處優勢，相信大家看到很多照片了，我這裏簡單放幾張！重點之重，還是人性化的管家服務，太有温度了！！！

這家酒店雖然能看出有些年頭，設施上帶着歲月的痕跡，比如走廊裏的地毯邊緣有些磨損，房間裏的傢俱也略顯陳舊，但整體維護得還算不錯。 到了晚上，酒店的衞生狀況讓人滿意，房間裏的床單被罩乾淨整潔，桌面和地面都擦拭得一塵不染，空氣中還帶着淡淡的消毒水清香。整體環境屬於老式高檔酒店的風格，從大堂的水晶吊燈到房間裏的復古裝飾，都透着一種沉穩典雅的韻味。 更值得一提的是酒店的服務態度，工作人員都非常熱情周到，無論是前台辦理入住時的耐心指引，還是客房服務的及時響應，都讓人感覺很舒心。

這次安順之行選擇了西秀區高速路口旁的華博酒店，真的是一次非常滿意的體驗！ 首先，地理位置超級棒 酒店就在高速路口旁邊，無論是自駕還是乘車都非常方便。對於像我這樣自駕遊的旅客來説，停車方便，出行也節省了很多時間。而且酒店距離市區景點也不遠，打車或者公交都很便捷。 其次，酒店的服務也很貼心。前台工作人員熱情周到，入住和退房手續辦理都很迅速。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住得很舒服。酒店還提供免費的早餐，種類豐富，味道也不錯。 總之，這次入住華博酒店的體驗非常愉快，強烈推薦給來安順旅遊的朋友們！ 無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是不錯的選擇。
