Hotel Costa Blanca Rojales

Reasonably priced hotel with lot's to offer for the weary traveller, myself and my wife stayed here for 5 nights while looking around the area on a business trip. The rooms were vibrant and clean with as many towels as you wanted and room clean every day if you needed. Lovely comfy bed and pillows, I needed an Iron "Marieatta " for shirts and got a steam machine which took twice as long as an Iron to get the job done, call me old fashioned. The breakfast was fab and as much as you wanted fresh and delightful. The staff were very friendly and if they saw you sitting on your own would just come over to say hello, the owner manager Manny would drift from table to table just to show you one of his card tricks and talk with his customers. The pool was lovely good deep pool but a little short of sun loungers we couldn't always get one but there were lots of pool side tables and chairs about. There was a restaurant from 1900hrs and venues organised during the evenings like Flamingo dancing. Lot's to do in a well facilitated Hotel like , crazy golf , bowling and a fully fitted fitness suite with older type machines but all working properly. Altogether a really nice restful stay in a very friendly atmosphere.

Also, wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal hier und es ist nicht besser geworden, im Gegenteil. Damals gerade noch ein Frühstück bekommen, was eher einer kargen Knastmahlzeit entsprach, heute gibt es gar nichts mehr! Kein Restaurant/Frühstück, kein Zimmerservice und schlechtes WLAN. Das Bett und die Badezimmertür knarzen so laut, dass meine Frau aufwacht wenn ich mich im Bett drehe oder ins Bad gehe. Das Heisswasser kommt mit geschätzten 75 Grad aus der Leitung und das tw. Schlagartig, Verbrühungen nicht ausgeschlossen. Habe mir die Finger an der Duscharmatur verbrannt, der Zeiger der Temperaturanzeige des Boilers ist über MAX abgebrochen.. Es wird am Hotel gearbeitet was OK ist, die Anlage ist nett und komfortabel. Wegen der Treppen aber nicht für Gehbehinderte geeignet. Nachtrag: Auf den fehlenden Service angesprochen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir an der Rezeptionshotline (ist ja nicht immer besetzt) anrufen sollen wenn wir was benötigen. Nachdem wir das Zimmer verlassen hatten, wurden die Handtücher getauscht und der Mülleimer geleert. Die Betten hatten wir ja schon 2 Tage selbst gemacht...

What an amazing place. We Attended a wedding function on Friday 2 February, and we can honestly say that the staff were happy and nothing too much trouble for them , the quality of food and service was amazing from the moment we attended until the day we left We stayed overnight and the bed was very comfortable and the room clean and well equipped with towels, toiletries large bottle of water, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and a tv and safe What more could anyone ask for Thank you for looking after us all and making the Bride and Grooms day so special and memorable

Un lugar ceca de todo y alejado del bullicio donde poder relajarte y estar tranquilo , buenas vistas , instalaciones completas , ideeal para una reunión familiar y con un personal que solo intenta hacer que te sientas comodo y esta atento atodas las peticiones , todo muy limpio.
