You get what you pay for. Staff were lovely on checkout in,breakfast and departure. Rooms very basic but all you need to get your head down. Could not access any vending machines for a drink or snacks when we arrived as they only accepted cash and as we came straight from the airport we only had notes and reception had no change to swap. No facilities like a bar or anything which tbh I didn't check before we booked but if I needed somewhere to sleep I would definitely book again for the price and the cheap hotel transfer option.

Couldn't book a shuttle pick up on the website. Phoned 3 times nobody spoke English.

步行到展館還是有點遠30多分鐘，坐公交還好十幾分鍾。

Short and sweet stay as we had an overnight flight the previous night and another the following night so met all our needs

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant trois nuits, et ce fut une expérience terrible. Nous avons dû payer pour de l’eau potable et presque tout le reste, ce qui était très décevant. Le pire, c’était le personnel de la réception : ils étaient extrêmement impolis et ne savaient absolument pas comment traiter les clients. Une réceptionniste en particulier m’a demandé d’attendre pendant qu’elle assistait d’autres clients. Cependant, au lieu de vraiment les aider, elle restait simplement là à les regarder discuter de leur séjour. J’ai attendu plus de 15 minutes juste pour demander deux sachets de sucre. C’était l’une des pires expériences de ma vie. Je n’ai jamais été traité aussi mal ailleurs. Le service et l’expérience globale étaient désastreux, et je ne recommanderais jamais cet endroit. We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was a terrible experience. We had to pay for drinking water and nearly everything else, which was very disappointing. The worst part was the front desk staff—they were extremely rude and had no idea how to treat guests. One particular receptionist asked me to wait while she was assisting other customers. However, instead of actively helping them, she was just standing there, watching them discuss their stay. I waited for over 15 minutes just to ask for two packets of sugar. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere else. The service and overall experience were awful, and I would never recommend this place.

Super friendly and helpful staff 😃 very clean and tidy and ready close to bus and train Paris:/ airport connectivity. We had a great stay 🌟🌟🌟
