Cotton Bay Hotel

Cotton bay hotel is one of the best. Family room was very spacious with friendly staff and food was very yummy varieties of buffet, indian, rodriguase Highly recommended. Overall good experienced. Was a good choice. We came back to Mauritius with beautiful memories

Mon mari et moi nous avons vecu une nouvelle très belle expèrience, avec l'hôtel fraichement renovée, l'accueille chaleureux de directeur, Mons Ashok Mooroteea, Sabrina et tous les autres personels, dès notre arrivée l'atmosphère nous mettais à l'aise, la propreté de la chambre, la grande piscine, les Ti punch, le buffet à thème de tous les soirs, les animations pour nous mettre dans l'ambiance de se détendre après le dîner, nous remercions tous les personnels de l'hôtel que d'une façon ou d"une autre qui nous ont permis de vivre ces moments merveilleux pendant huits jours, bonne continuation, à bientôt, Mons et Mme Sakir

Meine Frau, mein 2 Söhne und ich hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im Cotton Bay verbracht. Wir waren im März für 2.5 Wochen dort und hatten diesmal auch super Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Lage des Hotels am Strand ist einfach traumhaft, wenn man vom Zimmer, vom Pool oder vom Restaurant aus das Meer sehen kann. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Auswahl mehr als ausreichend. Frühstück und Abendessen gab es in Buffetform und das Mittagessen war a la carte. Ich hatte auch eine sehr gute Ganzkörpermassage genießen dürfen. Das Zimmer war groß und modern-mauritianisch eingerichtet. WLAN, Klimaanlage etc natürlich alles vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Kidsclub den unsere Kinder sehr gerne besucht haben und ein Gym für die sportliche Betätigung. Wir werden dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf Rodrigues auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

Dear Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint about my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I expected, and I would like to bring a few issues to your attention Upon arrival , I told her my room was on the ground floor, but when I had done my reservation , I told him if possible, I could allocate my room on the first floor. So, the conclusion taken messages has not passed. Getting my room air-conditioning was not working properly. Maintenance has come telling the aircon is getting fresh air, but in not that case. I am going to see the manager of the of the hotel I meet Stephanie, who has been able to allocate me in another room. I informed her that if I had facilitated a late check out to compensate the problem i had encountered, when checking a lot of wasting time. The result i got is that they have provided me with a bigger room. It's not me that I have to ask a bigger room. Secondly I went to dinner. I have to bring my own bottle of water as they don't provide water. When Me Edley saw a bottle of water on the table, he told me not to show the bottle of water on the water. So I put it on the floor. We have children with us, and putting down a bottle of water on the floor is it acceptable. Tomorrow, when I go for breakfast, I see him. There is no welcoming from him. The face appears to be angry with us. According to me he is not a professional customer service bad. Thirdly in room only the day of arrival we have been provided with water and after that we have to purchase own of water bottle. Fourthly poor room service wait for long time and house keeping they don't clean properly not refuelling of bath shampoo tissu paper but they have help me for the decorations of the room for my wife birthday and myself amd my wife has like the decorations Finally the day of my arrival they introduced me to the manager. I think it was a visitor because the way he has been dressed no welcoming address to us in fact was looking us withna angry face. Conclusion I take poor hospitality , poor customer service, lack of experience, and staff lack of manner how address to client to pleased to feel at home Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at your hotel and do not feel that I received the level of service that I paid for. I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action to address these issues and ensure that future guests do not have the same negative experience Thanks you for your attention to this matter Sincerely Buldawo

Mon séjour au Cotton Bay a été fantastique ! Les chambres étaient exceptionnellement propres et magnifiquement rénovées de façon rustique, avec des lits confortables et une vue imprenable sur le front de mer. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait, offrant une vue panoramique extrêmement « MASHALLAH!!! » et les transports en commun a proximité. J'ai vraiement apprécié le buffet du petit-déj et du dîner avec une grande variété d'options pour différentes soirées à thème. Le personnel du Spa étaient très accueillant et apaisant proposant des séances de massage de totalement relaxant avec maitrise….tous les staffs étaient incroyablement sympathique et toujours au petits soins… Dans l'ensemble, un choix hautement recommandé pour toute personne visitant Pointe Cotton. " Un grand merci en particulier à…. Adrielle (Spa), Laëtitia (Réception), Annigelle (HSK), Nicolas (serveur) et le garçon (serveur) qui a pris mes photos vendredi soir…

I went for fourth time ,this time i went in Feb 25 after renovation , I really like , beautiful rooms, beautiful swimming pool, superb restaurant , polite staff @ Breakfast lot of varieties, Lots of varieties for diner as well, Hotel Manager very caring, I will visit again next time to Rodrigues, Thanks to all staffs , the Chef and Hotel Manager . I recommend my friends and family for Cotton Bay for their vacation
