Rodrigues Coco Villa

Could have been 3 stars rated, but due to owner rudeness on the 1st day of stay itself, so has to be one or two star. Rice was sticky, so i had to lightly tap the spoon on the edge of the rice cooker to let the rice fall, the owner's daughter in law told me not to do it in a sharp manner. Since i notice that we were a burden for her, so i told her:" don't worry, just bear with us for three days". Afterwards, while dinning the owner (man, i believe he is the husband of mrs Elvita) came to tell us to leave!!! Yeah, leave!!! What a hospitality!!!!In fact they change their attitude as soon as we ask for air conditioner remote, they told us to pay rs300 per day, but as per the agency that we book, everything was included. We were a group of 15 people. I went to so many hotels, but never experienced something like this!!!!. Also his fares to go to Port Mathurin by his taxi was rs800. 10min drive by bus. Food was good, but i believe most places in rodrigues the food is great. So overall, definitely not recommended. If you don't have customer service or showing signs that may think you are racist, so you should not do this type of job.

C'est pas une auberge c'est une maison de retraite plutôt aucune ambiance les patrons arrogant service minable vous vous sentez mal à l'aise le déjeuner médiocre dîner extrêmement limité dans la chambres les électroménager rien ne fonctionne pas d'eau chaud et les patrons sans foutre royalement de vous je recommande pas cette établissement même à mon ennemi pour le week-end comme tout établissement qui se respecte aucun animation c'est une honte pour ile Rodrigue une piscine dégueulasse des transat bon à foutre le feu salle d'attente inexistante pour utiliser la climatisation il faut payer un supplément mais il se fout de notre gueule leur problème c'est juste votre argent les propriétaires ne vien jamais vous parlez on ne sait jamais ce qu'on va dîner le soir aucune communication je recommande ABSOLUMENT PAS CETTE ÉTABLISSEMENT ZÉRO SUR ZÉRO maintenant je comprends mieux pourquoi les autres auberge remplis et lui il avait de la place pire vacances que j'ai passer de tout ma vie vraiment dégoûtant
