Excellent view of the water from our balcony! Perfect to watch the sunrise (and the moon rise)! Room was very clean and comfy beds. Close to Camden, Maine which is where we were spending our day exploring. Must do nearby - Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse.

The room had a generous, mostly private balcony with an incredible view. It is conveniently located between beautiful Camden and Rockland for all your dining, entertainment, sight-seeing, shopping needs. The room was clean and well-maintained and the staff were friendly. Would stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious, unlike a lot of motel rooms. The bathroom was large and comfortable to get ready in, and the two chairs provided in the room were extremely comfortable! The balcony was a nice size and offered a beautiful view of the colorful trees and water. Very quiet and peaceful stay and close to everything that we needed or wanted to go to. Nic was terrific as our host!

We loved our stay at the Ledges By the Bay. The water facing balcony was just what we were looking for and needed after a full day of sightseeing. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, excellent accommodations. If the 3 places we stayed during this vacation, this was the best place.

Of our entire month-long trip, Ledges by the Bay was probably the most beautiful setting with the most amazing view of any of the places we stayed! The room was very comfortable with a private porch overlooking the bay below. The breakfast was simple but totally adequate, again with the stunning view from the dining room. We had a great time exploring the sights from Owl’s Head and Marshall Point Lighthouses to the picturesque towns of Rockport and Camden just minutes away.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee maker available worked well. Although it was cool, the balcony provided a great place to have coffee and see the view. Sunrise view was incredible. Staff friendly and helpful! Parking readily available and free.

Overall, this hotel was updated and relaxing. Pros: The bed and room lounge chairs were comfortable. A small balcony looked out onto a pretty bay. Cos: the closest restaurants are in either Camden or Rockland. No Grubhub or Doordash food delivery available. To get television, we had to sign up for Roku TV. While the room overall was clean, they must just sweep or vacuum the vinyl plank flooring instead of mopping it. Our feet picked up a lot of dirt. Also, we chose to pass on their scant breakfast.

The view was awesome our room was excellent. Plenty of space and clean. Parking was easy. The breakfast room also had an excellent view of the sea. Ledges by the Bay was close to Camden , Rockland and Rockport. We visited all three towns in one day. Breakfast was ok.

Great location, beautiful view, love the sunrise over the water. Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds, large room and loved the coffee set up in room, actual Keurig coffee machine with k cups and bottled water, and coffee mugs and regular glasses, NOT those plastic or hard paper cups you get other places! Dining area for breakfast inside and outside, beautiful view! Many places to visit nearby ( lighthouses, museums, shopping, restaurants, etc.)
