Newly Renovated Water Front in Historic Cocoa Village with Pool!

Beautiful property.Quiet and private, great location and near Cocoa Village.Host was very nice and accommodating.

Love the balcony and the pool! The property gives off a bit of the old Bohemian Florida vibe (especially compared to the gargantuan condos across the street) and this unit is definitely the best of the lot. The large balcony has a view of the pool and the river. We were there in late June and it was breezy enough to sit out there anytime of day--although mornings and evenings were our favorite!I don't know if the pool is heated, but it was the perfect temperature in June--loved swimming every day. There is plenty of shade available as well. Check-in was extremely easy! The bed could have been a bit more comfortable (or the sheets) but we did fine. My only concern--and I shared it with the host--is the lack of non-slip features or handrails in the tub. It was a bit slippery, and I can see someone taking a fall. The location is very close to historic Cocoa, with plenty of restaurants and lovely place to walk around. You can also take long walks a long the river. And the beaches are a short drive across the causeway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great pricing Trouble checking in and host could not be reached. However, living conditions were very good. A few maintenance items needed attention.

Cutest stay ever!! 10/10 would stay here again if I were ever back in the area! What a vibe! Everything about the stay was very aesthetically pleasing, I felt safe staying there, property manager replies in a timely manner and very accommodating, very clean and the apartment was stocked very well with essentials for guests! Thank you!!
