"Hotellin sijainti on hyvin löydetty tien läheisyydestä. Hotellin alueella julkisen liikenneliikenteen pääasiassa on kolme pyörää. Taksi on melkein puutteellinen. Ulkomaalaiset, jotka saapuvat kaukaa, voivat vuokrata auton. Hotelli on kokonaisuudessaan hiljainen, eikä paljon ihmisiä, mutta jos haluat hakea apua työntekijöiltä, voit nauttia tästä kauniista ajoista.Huvipalvelut kuten uima-allas, uima-allas jne. "Place is not sound proof end up sleeping late because of noise coming outside, people playing tennis up to 1am. No receptionist, no food available for dinner even it's only around 6pm. Not as advertised."

"We booked 2 night stay at the place and its been quite a disappointment. For the price that we paid 30k about $500 dollars in total our expectation was to have our needs and accommodation at the very least heard. There is no breakfast buffet when it said breakfast buffet when we booked, they did serve breakfast and i ordered chicken and waffle but it doesnt have a darn chicken, I had to pay extra just to get a coffee refill to the only place open which is lorenzo. I had to wait until 7am to even get a darn coffee in this place so if youre an early bird goodluck. There is no convenient store, there is no store period. I tried to walk out to the streets to find coffee and breakfast but there is literally nothing outside. It’s a disappointment. They asked us to not bring food so now were starving until their restaurant open. Which is very limited in Menu and their hours. We asked for a high chair for a baby and they cant even provide simple accommodation. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they refused. Such a beautiful place, beautiful architecture but what a horrible accommodation for 15k pesos a night this is an absolute waste of money. Sean and the servers at Lorenzo restaurant was the only people willing to hear us and accommodate us during our stay. I would not recommend staying or even doing an event here."

"i was there this 11pm til 1am theres no one who ca assist me the guard was there but the room is locked and he didnt have any key we wasted our time with my children they need to go to bed but they cant because we cant access the room i already leave a message there to earlier that i will arrived late but no response at all i wish to get my money back give me back my money i wasted time and efforts also gas ofmy car so disappointed"

"I booked for two nights but only stayed one. I left the next day early because I’m meeting friends and couldn’t afford to drive back again due to road conditions. The room was clean but old. Yes, it’s a budget room, but it’s not really worth the price — it could be cheaper. There was no bidet, and the shower was barely working, maybe because of the water pressure. It was a telephone-style shower, but it wasn’t attached to the wall, it was just coiled around the bathroom faucet. No toiletries were provided, not even a roll of tissue for the bathroom. There are two beds. I booked for two people, but only one bed was prepared. There were no linens on the other bed. The premises is huge enough there’s a pool and a stream but nothing special. There are a lot of house rules, but one thing that stood out to me was the late check-in fee. Bruh, this is a far-flung barrio ,it’s very far. I honestly didn’t expect the roads to be that bad. I was already regretting driving there. There’s no restaurant or canteen on the premises, but the owner informed me about that beforehand, so no issue there. However, you really have to come prepared if you’re checking in here. Overall, I won’t be coming back here."
