各種設施都很好，衞生環境非常舒適，視野很好，夜景很美。旁邊有個奢華流光溢彩的商場。黃金閃閃，整個酒店也非常的奢華現代及典雅。健身房很棒，早上起來健身視野非常開闊。泳池也很美。

房間很滿意，乾淨衞生，景色很美，房間也很大，適合家庭出遊也適合商務出差，住的非常舒適腦子，非常值得推薦

What a beautiful experience i had in this hotel , i was there during valentine with my wife and once we came back to the hotel we found our room decorated with romantic setup by the housekeeping belal and mazin and also the butler give us a valentine cake ❤️ and front desk also they were so collaborated with giving us a late check out,thank you very much, you’re so kind

Where do I start. The comfort, the service, the amenities or the care. All around the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Special shoutout to Valentine for being so hospitable. When I return to Riyadh St. Regis is my ONLY option for accommodation.

The butler service at the St. Regis is renowned in the hotel industry, but it isn't until you need their help for a surprise that you realize just how detailed and coordinated their efforts are. I traveled to Riyadh with my two daughters, aged 8 and 6, and the younger one celebrated her 6th birthday the day after we checked in. I had simply requested a small cake for a modest celebration in our room. When one of the butlers found out, it seemed like the whole hotel knew about it and started planning a birthday surprise for us. Knowing we were going out for sightseeing after breakfast, the team went into our room to decorate it, not just with a cake, but also with floating balloons and gifts for the children. The team was so thoughtful that they extended the same treatment to her elder sister as well. It was, of course, a big surprise when we returned to the room in the evening. Both girls were overjoyed, creating an indelible memory of the hotel, the brand, and the destination. The emotional engagement with guests is the best way to win them back. This is the secret recipe of the St. Regis. Of course, this hotel has only around 80 rooms, making it easier for the team to provide more attentive service. A heartfelt thank you to Ahmed Ewiss, Asif, Valentine, and the entire butler team who did this with genuine care. By the way, the breakfast at Jackie was one of the best I've ever had. If you're not after variety or a sumptuous buffet but quality food, you'll enjoy the thoughtful selection. The only improvement that could make this hotel more appealing to families is the addition of a kids club.

This is an immaculate, modern hotel. The communal areas are very attractive and adorned with very attractive artistic installations. There are a wide range of great restaurants, a very well equipped gem, swimming pool and spa. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated and very large and included a fantastic shower and separate free standing bath. The high-end VIA mall and food and beverage complex is below the hotel. The staff were superb throughout.

There are many hotels to choose from when staying in Riyadh. None better than the St. Regis. It is an architectural beauty and visually stunning. The staff is polite, professional, and generous with their efforts to help. The rooms are well appointed, and the technical wizardry that opens and closes the curtains, sets the lights on and off, and the temperature is a marvel. The restaurant is classic as is its menu that is comfortable and generous in its selection and buffet. The third floor pool is almost ones own private sanctuary with its views and calming waters and temperatures. At night it is also a shisha lounge where the breeze somehow knows to gently waft by one. There are plenty of hotels to choose from but non better that this.

The St Regis hotel (Via Riyadh) is truly an exceptional hotel and team. I enjoy staying here whenever in Riyadh the ambience, atmosphere, everything about it is impeccable. My last trip last week Monday to Tuesday was another story. I fell ill and was very sick and gettin worse by the minute. I rang the reception and as they were arranging for medical help, three team members were quickly dispatched to stay with me and take care of me from the security team Nadya and Reem; and butler Saadat. I can’t describe how truly amazing these ladies were; equipped with medical aid and overall support they ensured I was looked after and helped until I went to the hospital. And even offered to take me themselves. Throughout the time at the hospital they were calling and checking up on me. Upon my return I found out they had ensured my room was extended anything needed was taken care of and even got me flowers and a gift. As I was leaving the hotel the team, management and all were all on hand to ensure everything I needed was done and wishing me well and overall looking out for me. I am realy lucky to have been staying at a place like the St Regis (Via Riyadh) where the team and staff all go over and beyond the call of duty. My stay at the St. Regis Riyadh was truly exceptional. The front desk staff provided a warm welcome and efficient check-in process, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. They recognized my Titanium status and graciously upgraded me to a superior room, enhancing my overall experience. The personalized butler service was a highlight of my stay. My assigned butler, Valentine, went above and beyond to cater to my preferences. When I mentioned my favorite hot beverage, which wasn't typically available on the hotel menu, Valentine creatively found a way to prepare it for me, showcasing his dedication to an exceptional guest experience! Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the consistently friendly and attentive staff. Saeed from Mombasa, Kenya, and Mike were particularly noteworthy in their excellent service, along with many other staff members who contributed to the pleasant atmosphere. The St. Regis Riyadh has certainly set a high standard for luxury hospitality. Their attention to detail, personalized service, and commitment to guest satisfaction made for a truly memorable stay. I'm grateful for the wonderful experience and look forward to future visits.
