一定要單號房間，單號房間是朝向購物中心的非常漂亮，雙號房間朝向外面的，有點單調。

各種設施都很好，衞生環境非常舒適，視野很好，夜景很美。旁邊有個奢華流光溢彩的商場。黃金閃閃，整個酒店也非常的奢華現代及典雅。健身房很棒，早上起來健身視野非常開闊。泳池也很美。

房間很滿意，乾淨衞生，景色很美，房間也很大，適合家庭出遊也適合商務出差，住的非常舒適腦子，非常值得推薦

This was a really cool spot! Everyone was so kind and nice! St. Regis always does a great job with the all the details. It is a beautiful hotel and every single staff member made us feel welcomed and took the time to greet us! We can’t wait to be back soon!

What a delight. This service was of the best we have experienced in recent memory. We booked a fairly standard room (deluxe king) and we were treated like royalty. Positives - Extent of the room accommodation was impressive for a non suite. Very high ceilings and fantastic appointment of decor. - Bathroom shower had a bench and the instant correct temperature was a dream. - Servicing was amazing - Welcome by Bessem at reception and then Majed on arrival was next level. We arrived past midnight and they brought freshly squeezed apple juice, grapes and balloons for our son to play with. - The focus on children and helpfulness (from slippers to gown and kids packs which included a hat) was so comforting - The turndown dates every evening were a welcome touch - The hotel is not overly crowded or busy so it feels exclusive Negatives - struggle to think of any - Perhaps the location is a little far as it is in the diplomatic quarter but this is more than made up for by all the positives We would absolutely stay again!

I had been wanting to visit this beautiful property ever since it opened so it was truly a dream come true to finally stay! We had an excellent stay. Staff are all very friendly. We really appreciated the beautiful upgrade it was truly incredible. Tony took great care with the arrival and delivering our bags. He was always in lobby when we would pass pay to assist us if we needed anything. Mike also took great care of us showing us around. The butler staff were all very kind. The in room amenity was one of the best we had ever seen. Chocolate St. Regis logo, treats, chocolate covered sticks and fruit and notes. Wow. Thank you Doreen, Asif, Desti woe your kindness in taking such great care of us. A most special thank you to Valentine our main butler who helped arrange our activities and become as a close friend by the time we left. He was there for anything we needed. All the butlers also quickly responded to messages on the WhatsApp chat. Michael and Rahaf with reception and guest experience were also very kind and ensured we were happy and things were going well. Room service was always quickly delivered and hot and fresh. Thank you to that entire team. Ariani in the spa was very kind and I loved that in house guests could use the facilities. Grace and Guillermona at breakfast were the best! So kind, caring and providing excellent service. This property is so beautiful outside and inside, stunning rooms, lobby, restaurants and everything is new. We will be back!

I travel more than two months every year, and honestly I can say for sure this is the best St Regis in the world and one of the best luxury hotels I have stayed at. The biggest reason is the service and the staff. Especially the butler team, Doreen and Desti. Doreen was so helpful, she made me feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would feel bad sometimes troubling her, but she always made sure that I feel taken care of. For example my husband got sick and she brought us ginger tea (which is the best ginger tea I had in my life). when we needed medicine, I ordered it online to be delivered to hotel, the butler team made sure i did not need to go down to the lobby to pick up and pay for the medicine in cash, they brought up the medicine and made sure it was the least amount of trouble for me. I also want to thank Guillermina, she was the absolute professional. For me, the best part of staying in a luxury hotels, (aside from the rooms) is the breakfast. St Regis I can confidently say has one of the best breakfast and in room dining. It is Ramadan so there were no buffet, but I could order in room dining breakfast options and honestly the quality is so high, you can tell the chef put a lot of effort. Guillermina was very nice and helpful and I loved the breakfast experience. Of course the rooms were beautiful, the hotel decoration is amazing and I didn’t want to leave. Thank you again to the Butler team and Doreen and Desti and Guillermina for taking care of me and my husband. Hope to come back very soon!

What a beautiful experience i had in this hotel , i was there during valentine with my wife and once we came back to the hotel we found our room decorated with romantic setup by the housekeeping belal and mazin and also the butler give us a valentine cake ❤️ and front desk also they were so collaborated with giving us a late check out,thank you very much, you’re so kind

The butler service at the St. Regis is renowned in the hotel industry, but it isn't until you need their help for a surprise that you realize just how detailed and coordinated their efforts are. I traveled to Riyadh with my two daughters, aged 8 and 6, and the younger one celebrated her 6th birthday the day after we checked in. I had simply requested a small cake for a modest celebration in our room. When one of the butlers found out, it seemed like the whole hotel knew about it and started planning a birthday surprise for us. Knowing we were going out for sightseeing after breakfast, the team went into our room to decorate it, not just with a cake, but also with floating balloons and gifts for the children. The team was so thoughtful that they extended the same treatment to her elder sister as well. It was, of course, a big surprise when we returned to the room in the evening. Both girls were overjoyed, creating an indelible memory of the hotel, the brand, and the destination. The emotional engagement with guests is the best way to win them back. This is the secret recipe of the St. Regis. Of course, this hotel has only around 80 rooms, making it easier for the team to provide more attentive service. A heartfelt thank you to Ahmed Ewiss, Asif, Valentine, and the entire butler team who did this with genuine care. By the way, the breakfast at Jackie was one of the best I've ever had. If you're not after variety or a sumptuous buffet but quality food, you'll enjoy the thoughtful selection. The only improvement that could make this hotel more appealing to families is the addition of a kids club.
