"I did think this would end up being a nice get away and for the most part and it was but there were a few minor things that would been nice if prevented such as I was givin a room that I hadn’t paid for which I didn’t agree with I had to go back to reception multiple times because they had given me the wrong room even after showing them what I had paid for"

"The room was OK, but considering the cost, over £200 per night for what is basically a Travel Lodge by UK standards, I expected it to be a lot better. The bed was comfortable, fixtures and fittings utensils etc.. were basic. Unfortunately we had to change rooms as the TV is all internet based and it was not possible to watch anything in the 1st room as the internet was so bad, we heard others complain about poor internet as well. Unfortunately in the 2nd room, the to programmes we watched did buffer quite a lot as the internet signal was very up and down."

"Clean, good location, friendly staff. Spacious. Only issue is the toilet light goes right into the eyes of whoever is in bed. Makes it a bit hard to sleep"

"We choosed this hotel because of the shuttle bus, but in the end we couldnt use because our plane landed almost at mid night, and they dont provide this service after 12. And then in the morning when we planned to go back to the airport they told us that we can not use their service because they dont have a seat for our kid 🫤"
