Appalling customer service. Booked and paid 4wks in advance, and paid for. Then received an email 1wk before our stay saying they had overbooked so they have cancelled my booking? Yet when I spoke to the hotel they had the 3 rooms available at a higher price. I will never use an OYO now. BEWARE

booked this hotel in november 2023 for a one night stay. paid 65£ for a double room with breakfast which was a great deal. got rang on wednesday 1st may to be told the hotel could not honour the booking but i could still have the room for £240. seems they did this to many people. avoid this hotel

There was more than the one issue that made our stay an awful experience… The place was contacted and didn’t care anymore than they did during the stay and so was *********** (who it was booked through and they were useless with a lot of false advertising!!) these didn’t do anything to try and resolve so took it to others that say they can deal with these things so just so as you guys know what your in for if you decide to stay at this ran down nasty place here’s a few issues from our stay… • Doors was all broken away with loose splinters • Cracks & rust in more than one area • No head board just a silly painted fake one across the wall at the top of the bed • Pull string above bed was missing • Squeaky floor boards • Loose thin windows that would rattle in the wind they weren’t easy to keep closed as handle was loose and kept opening • No plug in sink • Bed was like a water bed • Shower had to run for about half an hour to become warm • Toilet would NOT flush over our stay & despite the staff being told a number of times they done absolutely NOTHING about it they didn’t even care we were having to fill up the bin with water & having to throw it down the toilet! How vile to make you guest go through all this!!!
