The hotel is situated right on ganga ghat and is away from the general crowd. Ram jhula is just 500 meters. Room service and cleanliness are good as well.

The location is good. But the property was not close to hygiene standards as well as staff profesaionalism compared to yogi niketan. The rating does not justify the price. Also while check out there was no one at reception to take care for 10 to 15 mins. Then they charged us 2000 just for extra bedding for nanny which was uninformed at check in. Max amt expected was 1000. I asked them to be genuine about it but the staff was very rude.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at neeraj ganga heritage palace, and it was truly a memorable experience. Nestled on the banks of the holy ganga, the location offers a serene and picturesque setting that is perfect for relaxation and spiritual rejuvenation. The heritage property exudes old-world charm with its beautifully preserved architecture and tasteful decor, while also providing all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, offering breathtaking views of the river. The staff was incredibly warm, hospitable, and attentive to every need, making sure we felt right at home. I particularly appreciated the rooftop dining area, which served delicious local cuisine ***** with a spectacular view of the ganga. What sets neeraj ganga heritage palace apart is its blend of history, culture, and tranquility. Whether you're looking to explore rishikesh or simply relax by the river, this place offers the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enriching and peaceful stay. I can't wait to return!

I had an unforgettable stay at the neeraj naturecure, undoubtedly one of the best hotels in rishikesh the spacious river facing balcony provided a mesmerizing 180- degree view of the ganga and the mountain. perfact for nature lovers. Thanks for Ms. Megha..

Best hotel in rishikesh in the heart of Himalayas, property situated between ram jhula and janki setu both are 150 mts walkable, Property have own gana ghat and access , very nice decorated room it's give you a Heritages fell, All places in the hotel facing to ganga river,Food and Housekeeping services are very good and experience staff , over all very nice stay will come again thankyou all team members.
