Worst experience. The existing 5 star ratings are all fake. This is not at all as per pictures shown. The staff is very non cooperative. We got rooms by 5 pm instead of 12 noon check in time that too without water and towels. Towels and bed sheets are torn and smelly. The Ganga facing so called room hardly give you any view. It was a torture staying at this place.

Electricity issues. No ac. No hot water. Elevator didn’t work. Booked 2 nights but had to leave after the first night. Was promised a refund but that never materialized. I don’t recommend staying here.

Staff is very good and hotel location is perfect. I enjoyed our stay ***** with food Rishikesh river is just beside and you can enjoy Aarti as well from the window. Weather was so cold that we loved it.

Everything was superb. But one negative point at the point at checkin. They were kept pushing me for cash payment. When I said I will pay by card or phone pay n they said it will be charged 12% more gst. I agreed and asked for GST invoice but later on they agreed to accept payment by electronic ways without GST. Bit dodgy behaviour. I don't know it was people at the reception or owner policy.

Pathetic is the only word. Staff is completely uncivilized. They are hell bent on giving excuses instead of providing services. Even a water bottle would not reach before 45 minutes. Phone at rooms won't work. Mobile calls they won't pick. Staff at restaurant is doing "ehsaan on you". They don't provide bill at checkout saying it will be sent later but they won't send unless you make dozen calls. Seemingly, They try to evade taxes by not providing bills. Also, the staff there puts your arrival and departure time wrongly , perhaps, giving the staff extra time to sell off those rooms for few hours to earn extra. They will promise there is parking available but once come back with your vehicle you will be made to park on road. False commitments, uncouth behaviour, poor service, and total cunningness.

Where to start. We paid premium price for 17 rooms and a suite. The walls were seeping, bathroom floors were sticky, cockroaches were in the rooms. Suite wardrobe was broken, Suite Ac was leaking and flowing upto the bed. This was after more than two weeks notice to have the rooms ready. Verandah had dead rats and very dirty. They refused to refund our money for the bad rooms and suite. All I can say is greed for others money without the basic neat and clean facilities is like looting others. Just because location is monopoly they are providing a dilapidated place. Very disappointed. Would however like ro mention the helpful staff and good food.

We checked in on 8th July 2023, had booked 5 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were stinky,in 2 of the rooms the floor had water on it being leakage. The bed linen was dirty had them changed but the new ones were damp & spotted. Two of the rooms did not have functional geysers. We had one of the rooms changed the next day which was even smaller & didn't even have the space to keep teapot tray. We had paid Rs.3800/- per night which was including breakfast,the breakfast served did not even have fruits the menu was Ala carte with very limited options. To put it mildly Rs.1000-1500 of Paharganj or Mahipalpur is better then this place. The hotel needs a very major & urgent renovation. The staff was good & courteous,the only thing good about the place was it's location being located on Triveni Ghat.

The only plus point of this hotel is that it is close to Triveni Ghat. The basic expected demand from a hotel is its Food and Stay arrangement. In both, this hotel has failed measurably. Actually the issue with the Staff and their non-professionalism approach. Same staff was at cash counter, in room service, in restaurant, at gate for chaat selling. Who is doing what not clear. Room rates are high but not clean. Food is very simple but costly, I stayed for a day on 18th May, came from Delhi, but even after having sanitized the room, Cockroaches and cockroaches. Hotel authorities, please improve these basic facilities.

A very good hote having good rooms, the best thing is that it’s very close to Ganga ji’s Triveni Ghat. Service is good , food is very tasty. Check in and check out was very smooth. The lady at reception was very helpful. A must visit hotel.
