"I changed my booking from Valence to Clermont Ferrand North as this hotel was now nearer my route to Dieppe. I was very surprised how good the staff were in the hotel. I arrived late and all was sorted at the desk in the IBIS next door. The room was very comfortable and quiet and very clean. I requested Gluten Free breakfast and the bread was ready and waiting for me. The breakfast was excellent and have had far worse in very expensive hotels. As a budget hotel thos one is very difficult to beat."

"Excellent location if you are travelling through the centre of France. Comfortable rooms, good bed, couching, very uncomfortable, we had that problem in France. Good breakfast, no extras. There are very pleasant reception staff."

Huoneen tilat olivat mukava makuuhuone ja puhdas - vaikka hieman kauhea kylpyhuone erittäin hyvä suihku. Ainoa negatiivinen oli, että viereisen huoneen seinä oli ohut ja kuulin kaiken - vaikka kävelisin ympäri - joka meni. Muuta kuin se on hyvä paikka oleskella Riossa."
