性價很高，雖然位置較偏僻，但一入到房間，感到無比的大同舒適，加上檯面是香港人幫我check in ，你比的安心。可以講廣東話了。

離機場很近很方便。酒店房間很乾凈。

乾淨，寬敞，滿意。

If you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush! I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness.

The hotel is what you would expect. However they charged me twice for the hotel and had to go and had to drive back to the hotel to get a refund. The reception was unorganised and slow. And most of the time nobody on reception. The rooms was good and was clean so can't complain. However the weirdest set up ever the sinks was outside the bathroom. The sinks was in the room where you sleep awful to try and use sink while you have a baby or someone sleeping.

We were staying over 2 rooms for a celebration of 40th birthdays before going away. I emailed to let Premier Inn know and we were upgraded to Premier Plus, thank you so much. Really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Would definitely recommend.

This is a brilliant hotel. Fast check-in and helpful receptionist. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. The staff at the breakfast buffet were very kind and helpful.

Booked a Premier Plus room for the extra space. Pleased we did for the extra comfort as the room itself wasn't huge. All very clean with decent bathroom but only 1 set of towels. Had dinner in the restaurant. Menu very uninspiring. Had la lasagne with garlic bread. Portion a little on the small side and took an hour to arrive. Best to book a table on arrival as restaurant gets very busy. We were placed in a quiet area and felt very forgotten. Didn't stay for breakfast as had a very early flight. The £12 for parking overnight seems a bit steep, especially as we were there less than 12 hours.

Stayed at the south premier inn before a mid morning flight today as I just wanted to chill out before my long day. What can I say, I have been very pleasantly surprised!! Love the new rooms here, premier inn have really upped their game with these upgrades and the rooms now feel really special, similar to much more expensive chains. Lovely shower, nice free toiletries from molton brown, air conditioning and a very comfy bed. Ate in the restaurant last night and this morning, both occasions I was served by friendly people and had delicious/well cooked fayre. Thank you premier inn, this was a lovely start to my holiday! See you again soon

We paid for the premier plus and we weren’t wowed. The room had an unpleasant smell which ruined our experience. The hotel was also very noisy due to other guests meaning we did not sleep very well. The premier plus wasn’t much better than the normal rooms

Absolutely great service by all in the hotel . I had 2 people with disabilities and staff in restaurant made sure we sat in a comfortable area. In the morning we had an early flight taxi driver was also very good at helping all of us get bags in and out of car Well Done to all!!
