服務態度超好，但是不小心定到的無障礙房竟然不能用抽水馬桶

The hotel is what you would expect. However they charged me twice for the hotel and had to go and had to drive back to the hotel to get a refund. The reception was unorganised and slow. And most of the time nobody on reception. The rooms was good and was clean so can't complain. However the weirdest set up ever the sinks was outside the bathroom. The sinks was in the room where you sleep awful to try and use sink while you have a baby or someone sleeping.

We stayed here after a night in the Premier Inn Barrow in furness (see separate review). We actually booked it while eating breakfast in the above hotel. Check-in was easy, and the staff were lovely on reception. We had booked a Premier Plus room, which was very nice and had the Nespresso pods, the water in the fridge and the 2 little bars of Green & Black chocolates. The room itself was very clean, as was the bathroom. I would say the £12 parking fee was a bit annoying however, I understand this is down to the land being owned by the airport, not the hotel. We booked the usual meal deal of dinner and breakfast and the evening meal was really nice considering it was the same menu as the night before at the other Premier Hotel. Food was tasty and was very fresh. I've seen other reviews that say service is extremely slow, which in fairness was a bit slow but considering the restaurant was full, it wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast was ok, wouldn't go mad about it, but it certainly wouldn't put me off having it again. We had a couple of drinks at the bar which were normal hotel prices and again the staff were very nice. Would I stay here again.....yes I would. Just in case you are wondering like I was, you can come and go out of the car park without being charged multiple times. On check out, you get a token which you scan into the car park charging station which then charges you the £12 for 24 hours. Well done, Premier Inn, your staff and cleanliness stands above most.

The room /bathroom were very clean, the bed was very clean and comfortable and the pillows were amazing, for what you pay for one of these rooms you would expect a lot less, it was extremely good value for money, my only downfall was l missed breakfast as l've stayed here before and was lucky enough to of been able to eat there that time it was delicious and there were lots of options.
