整體而言十分乾淨，就是暖氣有點不太穩定。酒店提供付費的餐飲服務，選擇也足夠，食物質素令人滿意。

Great hotel, value for money, good restaurant and bar , definitely staying again later this year

Actually this hotel was just soso, and I didn’t recommend to live in this hotel, but it was convenient to go to the airport

Room is clean, no frill set up is good for environment. Just provide what we need for a short stay. Restaurant staff efficient, check-in fast. But wish the receptionist told us there will be charge of £4.5 per person for but to airport. We didn't know until we got off bus at terminal and driver asked us to pay

Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

A staff member assisted with check in. We had 2 rooms booked and on entering (ground floor) the rooms were both freezing. We pressed the thermostat and nothing happened. My friend went to ask about it. The male who checked us in said when the rooms are empty the heating goes off. Have you tried switching on at the wall? Well, yes of course. He then said give 20 mins and it will be on. We went for meal and drink returned after an hour, just wanting to get some sleep before getting up at 4.45am for our flight. On return to the rooms both still had no change very cold. My friend returned to speak to staff, the same male staff said he had checked (a panel) and it should be on, it’s all ok. Nothing was showing as not working. My friend asked if he wanted to come see for himself as she felt he had dismissed her and that she was lying. Why would we complain about the heat twice in two rooms if it was ok? He then followed to our room and asked if we wanted to change rooms. What a hassle packing our bags, collecting all belongings and finding him to get the keys. As he gave no instruction of what he was doing. He was quite impolite when handing these over. Bluntly saying the room number, and floor. We only wanted some warmth. This put a real damper on our evening and stay.

Just what you need the night before a long flight: friendly, efficient staff, a restaurant with good food and big portions, a cosy bar for relaxing, and then a warm, comfy bedroom with bathtub, soft mattress and two pillows, plus freeview tv and free wifi. Perfect!

Arrived at this hotel seemed all okay! Booked a table came upto the 6th floor and it was absolutely stinken of eggs 🤢! Decided to go for dinner when we were met by someone called Sharon! She took us to a table and asks me to move my daughter case she drops something hot on her like seriously my daughter was on edge about that comment she’s 5 and is neurodivergent! Anyways sat down and a woman with blonde hair came over took our order may I add our table was like a night club floor it was sticky as hell! I was eating a mixed grill when we realised the egg shell was on the egg tried to catch someone’s attention but no one was there! So I mentioned it to the woman about the egg shell when she proceeds to scream at me why didn’t you say?!. I tried to anyways, after that we were sat and the fire alarm kept going off! Fair enough that it could be a fault but none of the staff informed anyone you didn’t have to evacuate just stood like plums so they did! Anyways was time to pay my mum went upto the guy and asked where you pay he ignored us! And said oh I will let my colleague do it hold on what a waste of £64 rank food rank staff will not be back!

It's a Premier Inn so you know what to expect. Close to the airport, cheap, quiet. Parking was £12 overnight (you may consider this an extra charge, but it is made clear) and there were plenty of spaces despite building work meaning some were unavailable.

I stayed at this hotel for a training course in Mid-January. I called the day before to ask for a top floor room as in my previous experience noise from the rooms above can be a pain and I am a light sleeper! The lady on the phone was very accommodating and said this wouldn't be a problem. Upon arrival at the hotel there is a large car park and the other Premier Inn Manchester Airport is right opposite, albeit closer to the motorway. There is an integrated restaurant and costa coffee which was a good addition. The check in was fairly quick, there are self service machines but I was served by a lady who was very helpful, note you have to pay for your parking which I think was £5 per day and 24 hours internet is £3 which is very reasonable. The first room I was allocated was fine, a good size, clean and the bathroom was also of a high standard. The only problem was that it was on the airport side, and although I expected some noise it was just too noisy for me, other people with higher tolerance to noise probably won't be bothered by it but I was and asked to be moved to a room on the other side. Again the hotel were very accomodating, I was moved across the corridor no problem at all. The room was an identical layout and much quieter which was perfect. I experienced no issues with noise from other guests or from the motorway and slept soundly both nights. I also dined in the restaurant for dinner the first evening and breakfast both mornings, the menu is good and the restaurant is very well maintained and welcoming. The breakfast as with all premier inns is a good selection and good food to set you off for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel for any travellers, people on business and even if you just need to be near Manchester for any other reason. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed on November 24th as we were staying the night before our flight to Egypt the next morning. Good Points We were allowed to check in at 12Noon as there was a room available instead of waiting till 2pm. The Room was large and had an extra bed, so it was good to keep the suitcase on. The bedroom has all the normal things like a premier inn has such as Double Bed, Flat Screen TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities. The Bathroom was also large and the shower was very powerful. The price was paid which was £29 for the room. The Bad Points The restaurant was closed due to "Technical Reason"... More like as not many people stayed and that they had a restaurant in the hotel across the car park! This meant we had to walk across a cold and icy car park to have our evening meal. Breakfast the next morning was a disgrace to say the least. We arrived at 6.30am to be expected to be greeted for a cooked "Premier" Breakfast. Instead we had to wait around until 7am when the food started to come out, which was warm and not exactly hot. For the price we paid for it i would advice pay a bit extra and get something in the airport! Parking costs £5.00 for a slip of paper which you put in your window. I doubt anyone actually checks your car as it looks like premier inn just put a date on the piece of paper.
