Muy buen servicio al cliente, todo lo necesario para hospedarse en familia y amigos, muy buena comida, atención al cliente y las habitaciones limpias en su totalidad, me he hospedado dos veces y he estado muy conforme, me agrado todo y volvería a venir

Accomadations were adequate, clean, and well maintain. Angelita, a server in the restaurant was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our food service, filling refreshments and clearing the table when and as needed. Jorge, the bartender, mainly on the second level bar and occasionally at the bar across from the dining hall, was always cheerful, helpful, and willing to assist us to learn Spanish words and phrases. Both employees are a credit to the resort and raised our evaluation of the resort overall. We can't wait to return soon to the resort in part to see them.

Me gusto mucho lo limpio que es ,las comidas muy ricas el personal muy amable las actividades muy divertidas lo único que no me gustó fue el agua de la alberca muy fría y que varios días nos estuvieron diciendo que eso cambiaría y que se calentarla pero de ahí en más todo muy bien.

me gusta mucho la comida, las camas muy comodas las actv soy muy buenas pero me gustaria que el agua este caliente muy limpias las habitaciones las bebidas son muy buenas y tienen muy buena atencion a los huespedes la comida muy buena ,super padre

En toda mi estancia el agua de la piscina estuvo helada, por lo mismo la piscina estaba sola, no había ni un solo huesped que se metiera, supuestamente se les descompuso la caldera. La opción era utilizar las instalaciones del hotel La Marina y en la alberca del hotel La Marina se les "olvidaba" prender la caldera.

Very few resort staff speak English food in buffet is redundant day after day only good was meeting Bitia and Cameron both have excellent service and went out of their way to be helpful this hotel needs a major upgrade to make it a 2 star the activities are all in Spanish and not geared to their customer base music loud all day and more geared to rap vs relaxing.

Buena atención, buena comida y buen servicio. Emily Alex y Tony buenos animadores. Buen entretenimiento. La calidad del servicio muy buena . La vista a la playa y la playa muy bonito. Las bebidas cuentan con mucha variedad y muy ricas para toda la familia

La alberca esta muy fria el servico es exelente habitaciones modestas pero tienen lo necesario la playa es hermosa y tranquila la comida muy rica y fresca y toda la comodidad en todo ya que es pequeño y todo esta a la mano los animadores son buenos hotel muy familiar

El hotel me parece bastante comodo, hogareño y la comida me parece realmente rica, tienen buena variedad en comida, el restaurante a la carta estuvo muy rica, todo el personal es muy amable y los animadores Dony, Emily y Jesus pusieron bastante ambiente para las actividades, me parece estupendo que te presten libros y juegos, quiza el unico detalle que me quedaron debiendo fue la alberca que no tenia calefacción.
