Hotel New Primula

Small hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. 5 minutes walk to a choice of restaurants and other amenities. Less than 15 minutes walk to train station. Very good, abundant breakfast.. above all the best value for money hotel in Rimini. Would not hesitate to stay again.

I visited Hotel New Primula from Oct 4 to Oct 7 2024 for a short break and to meet up with old work mates. I booked a twin room as I was with my daughter. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and personally, now, I couldn't recommend it enough. We were given a choice between a savoury or a continental breakfast, both really good with a great selection of food. Our room was cleaned daily, the beds remade and towels changed... we actually had more towels than we knew what to do with. We also decided to opt for the "mezza pensione" so we had the chance to taste Massimo's cooking ability and were very impressed. We were with a large group of friends (former colleagues) and decided to book a proper Italian Sunday Lunch to celebrate the reunion, needless to say everything was cooked beautifully ( Massimo cooks like a God), many courses and very abundant portions with the possibility to have extra food, drinks came with lunch, Prosecco, white and red wine to compliment the dishes they were serving. Maybe the only defect was the waitress slightly too zealous and fast to take dishes away to replace them with clean ones. Family run hotel where everyone was kind, friendly and yet very professional and hardworking, always smiling and with a "no job is too small or too big" attitude. I find the hotel fairly central, far enough from all the tourist attractions noise but, very close to all amenities in that area, including a church, or restaurants for all pockets, a very nice gelateria and the beach is just across the main road. I will make sure I book a room there next time I will be in the area.

Tornato per la terza volta, sempre peggio! Non capiscono che quando un cliente paga dei soldi, vuole avere un servizio decoroso. Ci vanno risparmi di un anno. Non ho davvero parole. Salvo solo la colazione
