I have always stayed in Riverside Hotel or Radisson but now this will be on my top list good for money . Thanks to the owner and all your Staff. Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The space was completely misrepresented in the listing. What was presented in the listing was far from what we actually received. The room we were placed in was absolutely tiny, very dark, and located in the basement—something that was never disclosed beforehand. This caused significant discomfort and inconvenience. We then raised the issue and requested to be moved to the room we originally paid for, the staff charged us at the end extra. This was absolutely disgraceful and felt like an unfair exploitation of the situation. Overall, this property failed to meet even basic expectations, and their lack of transparency and poor customer service made our stay a regrettable experience. We would not recommend this place to anyone.
