Hotel&Ristorante Miramonti Palazzo Storico

Very beautiful facade and it is historic. Excellence ends at the facade. It is a hotel that has stopped in time. Small room, no safe, minibar, soft mattress that caused back pain. Lots of noise and everything in neighboring rooms. At night there were people talking in the room and you could hear everything. Unstable Wifi, drops all the time. Small and slow old elevator. Room has a bad smell, looks like mold. In the bathroom, after turning on the tap or flushing the toilet, it makes a loud noise, sounding like an alarm because it's so loud. I have videos. You can hear the same noise coming from nearby rooms. After the noise from the neighbors and bathrooms stopped, I slept late and woke up at 4 am with back pain due to the small bed and the sagging mattress. I had to sit in a chair and wait for dawn to leave. Hot room and temperature control was off and didn't work.Photo. I had to open the window to cool down. The breakfast is reasonable, very focused on sweets and cakes, but there is a savory part, fruit and unsweetened yogurt. The shower is old but excellent and I posted a photo. Good location close to the train station. Unfortunately, the location, the shower, the breakfast and the refrigerator in the room cannot overcome the various noises, the heat in the room and the horrible mattress. Which means that you sleep poorly or not at all, the main objective of a hotel.

Accoglienza non il massimo con il signore alla reception che prima propone la scelta di pagare o meno al check in e poi con una certa arroganza insiste perchè sia saldato tutto all' istante perchè "prassi dell'hotel", per correttezza però c'è anche da dire che altro personale si è mostrato molto cortese. Camere old style abbastanza pulite, di contro presa del frigobar non funzionante e aria condizionata rumorosa e staccata arbitrariamente nelle ore notturne con buona pace di chi non riesce a prendere sonno con le elevate temperature di questa estate. Ottima e centrale la posizione.

Hotel centralissimo ma davvero vecchio. La camera troppo datata ma tutto sommato si può anche accettare. Un aspetto fastidioso è stato il bagno che puzzava di fumo... Carina la sala per la colazione e buone le torte proposte, ma sicuramente è una struttura da migliorare!
