スーツケースは預かってもらえません。もっと最悪なのはホテルなのにシャワー、水道の水が出ないことです。２泊したけど水が出ず、歯磨きも洗髪もできない。水が出なくなるのは1回だけじゃないと他の人が言っていたので恐らく日常的に水の供給が止まるのでしょう。
これについて返金もないし、補償もない。
最低なホテルでした。

book at your own risks - if u want a quick over nite this might be ok, heater not working well, stained linens, no hair dryer, room super duper small, no space to place even a carry-on, impatient receptionist & very poor service, safety hazards on the wet floor in the bathroom (with a sign to remind guests) but i wonder why no bath mat was provided at all. location wise is about 4-minute walk from Richmond Station if u don’t get lost in that zig-zagged route.

とても清潔な部屋で、一晩過ごすのには十分な設備が整っておりました。ドライヤーだけ部屋に備え付けがないのですが、フロントで貸してもらえます。アクセスも良く、周りにはレストランやショッピング街など充実しており、高級住宅街の街の中にあるイメージです。

Great comfort and team. Specially rooms very very clean and cosy. Central location and friendly atmosphere all over the building. Always 1st choice due to location and quality of team. They go above and beyond and always with a smile at all times. Very clean but small rooms.

Small bedrooms, tiny TVs, unhelpful reception staff and noisy air conditioning. The only good thing is the location.

Awful - booked a double and got a single on arrival after a 5hr journey - was told that the system changes it after you’ve booked of no doubles available. I’m 6ft 4 - in a single bed? For £250 for 3 nights. Awful and never again.
