After being pre-charged £164.00 per room, per night (CAD 274.85) Very poor value for money. 2.0 Liked · It was handy for the Airport, although maybe too close as we could hear the smaller airplanes at unusual hours. I travel a lot and I try to support local businesses but I was wrong with this one. Not good value for money. Disliked · The breakfast was terrible! A box of Cheerios does not make breakfast! Very poor selection of other stuff for food. No Television in the rooms. No car parking. It was near the Airport, but it was also close to a yard where Lorries or Forklifts are working all night! Reverse alarms going all night and you have to keep the windows open because there is No Air conditioning! No Bed Side Lamps. It was clean, but the Polished floors are not comfortable. And after all this, there is a notice in the Kitchen saying we will be charged CAD 20.00 for Sanitizing! I refused to pay.

** Sad story - it is not a service, you are the one with obligations We were supposed to stay on this B&B. We arrive by Airplane and the owner knew we would arrive late, around 1Am, after checkin Time. We had written aggreements that she will accomodate, with a 30$ fees extra we agreed to. Sadly we landed late, at 00:45 and i immediatly got out of airplane mode, received a text from her asking when we would arrive and immediatly replied we landed late and were on our way. Received no answer but we were still rushing to accomodate her as much as possible and arrive as fast as we could. We arrived at 1:35, calling her as per her asking to not ring at this hour, 4 times in 10 min. We stayed there 15 minutes with no sign of life, and went back to the airport. At 3:00 she called us back asking if we were coming or not. We thought we could use the sleep so said yes. After getting another cab we went back there, arriving at 3:25. She immediatly opened the door, said hi, and asked us for 50$. Since we would not pay the extra fee we were immediately asked to leave. Out of exhaustion and angryness, the tone went up and heated, and we finally leave a few minute after arriving again We did not want to pay because we were angry, and frustrated nobody answered an hour and a half ago, and also because she was asking for 50$ when we agreed on 30$. Turns out that in her version we should have called instead of texting, and that she was not to be expected to be responsive while awaiting her guests. We basically felt that despite the fact that we paid pour reservation and did everything we could to honor our side of the bargain, with hiccups we agreed on that, she did not react as hostess. That felt like she just wanted the money and we were inconvenience at best. We are very sorry the event took this turn. In the end we consider highly unprofessional that no one answered the first Time we went, even more that we got called back to say we could come to be asked for money, without any kind of compassion or respect for us, our state or even the hour of the day. 30$ extra was part of the agreement, and on this circonstance could have been discussed, but we were asked for 50$, without explanation for the extra charge.

STAY AWAY!!! Where to start? Unbelieably rude host. Suitcases are not allowed into rooms. Our shower did not work. (Call me when you want to shower.) Breakfast at one small table to share with other guests. Some slices of white bread and some jam, all to be "self served" from tiny corner in kitchen between coffee machine and sink. Unexpected extra charges not mentioned before. WE WERE TREATED LIKE INTRUDERS.

They isn't absolutely anything which can be noticed positively. Entryfee of 20€ for "Covid-Sanitation", to be paid(which is not mentioned anywhere during booking processes) whereas the rooms and the kitchen don't look quite clean. You are not allowed to take your luggage to your room, have to dress up for the night in the lower area... . Have to organize your breakfast on your own, starts by looking for Cups and Plates and leave them and all other used items as you like, which is great if there were already guests before.
