I book the hotel by mistake for one day later than I need, so arriving in the hotel I ask to antecipate my booking but they said there was no room available and the whole week was full, then I ask the hotel for reimbursement, but they didn't approve that.....Why they couldn't give me the reimbursement if the hotel was full for the whole week for sure they would sell the room easily again! Actually probably they did that, they probably sold my room for another people!
