WoodSpring Suites Tri-Cities Richland

太差了……隔音超級差。半夜3點樓上還在不知道弄什麼根本睡不着，半夜也沒有服務人員值班。 一打開房間門就有****的味道，一言難盡

Went to check in-the place was a MESS and no one there to help. When someone finally did show up I was told it would be an extra $50 to check in an hour early-but they had “lost” my reservation anyway and they were booked. We had to scramble, but seems like we dodged a bullet for sure.

This is quite possibly the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Not only was the property absolutely disgusting (smells, bugs, hair everywhere) the staff were the most rude and unhelpful I’ve ever seen. Not sure how this place is still in business. TERRIBLE!

The WOODSPRINGS suites are always super nice and up to date construction and amenities. The reason this WOODSPRINGS is different is because of the Staff which made my experience more amazing than I can have ever dreamed of! I’m here out of town for work and I need a hotel until the job is finished or I I go to another job. My boss told me about this place because we get a discount. Aside from the money the STAFF….. make the stay. The evening front desk clerk named Dawn was super friendly, welcoming, and professional, she explained any questions I had and offered other alternatives if the hotel could not provide. She set up a meeting with her daytime manager Shawna to help me book a whole month at a time instead of day by day which I thought I was going to struggle with. I can’t wait to let my whole job site know this is where we should all stay for the duration of our tasks. Thank you Dawn and Shawna, for making my stay and WOODSPRINGS my first choice always.

me and my wife have stayed in lots of hotels and by far this is the nice place we have stayed the staff here is exellent would recommend to everybody saftey is a plus here for being a amputee i like it here
