This place was a dump. All we need is quiet, safe and clean and this was none of these. Dirty common areas and suite. Interior door to bedroom broken off of hinges so if you tried to move it, it fell off. None of the exterior doors to the building worked with the key card and were constantly propped open with a dirty sock, tissue box, etc. When I asked about it at the front desk I got an apathetic "none of them work" and when I said it was dangerous, I got a shrug. Constant party noise from neighbors, even after reporting to front desk. Seemed like people live here long term, which I don't have a problem with, but the parking lot was full of cigarette butts and other trash. Grounds were unkempt and trashy. See that nice photo of entry? Couldn't be farther from the truth! Sketchy property all around. Stayed here for 4 nights and never got any room cleaning, fresh linens or trash removal. All of the complimentary soaps and conditioners were empty. Shower curtain way too small so it flooded the floor. Never again!

Our stay was fairly comfortable but this is a cheap and hotel. There were no extra pillows in the room. We had to ask at the desk and did get one. The desk was not staffed when we arrived with a sign saying sorry for any inconveniences we're not here. A young woman did show up who was dressed fairly close to a homeless person. But she was friendly helpful and managed our registration very well. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The room was reasonably clean. But this was a very basic stay and not worth the 90 some plus dollars we spent on it this was like the old $50 rooms at a Super 8 or Motel 6. The only reason I wouldn't stay here again is that it's overpriced.

Being that I travel a lot, one thing that always stands out at hotels is a welcoming staff. Tasha truly went above and beyond to assist me throughout my 3 day stay. From the day of check in to the day of check out I was welcomed with a smile and a listening ear. I enjoyed my day and will be returning :)

This location should not be listed as a hotel or suites! Rather it is run-down, old studio apartments. The room we were given had stained floors, both carpet and wood floor. Couch was stained, chairs were worn and torn. Bathtub was brown in the bottom. We stayed for just long enough to sleep for a few hours. Upon early checkout the next morning, we were told we would get a refund for our two nights not stayed, however that was a lie just to get us out the door. Beware!!

If you have any common sense, do not stay at this location! If you are a minority (outside of Mexican) do not stay at this property!!! The staff is rude, ignorant, ****** and just trash all around!!!! Look at the previous reviews, they tell you! They will over-charge you, then try to blame you for pointing it out. And say things like "they've been accommodating you" when all they've been doing is correcting their own mistakes! They think they know everything and are always right, do not listen to guests concerns. Lie on guest, are lazy af, speak personal information of guest in front of security guards who are are not apart of the organization. The manager is as ignorant as his staff. They are the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen anywhere, in any state and I travel for business very often! They think they can talk to grown people anyway they want, they a whole disaster waiting to happen!! Save yourself the headache of catching a case and just pay a little more to stay somewhere else. These people are TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
