You have access to free wifi, cable, a coffee station, garage parking, and a washer and dryer. Only 10 minute drive to Curtis Culwell Center, 30 minutes from DFW airport. Three House rules No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers). First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night.
