I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel is pleasantly located in a good area where I can have dinner and stroll around safely. I will definitely stay again. Staff were good.

I would say that doesn’t make sense. The fridge is loaded with beer, but no one bottle of water. Really? If I’m thirsty at night should I have a beer? I think all the staff, front desk, breakfast area, they’re not allowed to smile. No one smiles, never.

Spent a couple of days at this hotel and overall was a good experience. Hotel is right in the middle of everything. You can literally go walking distance to various locations. Hotel inside very clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room smelling so good. Clean sheets, towels, replenish always with shampoo &soap. My only gripe was that hotel personal did not spek English. I ended up using google translate to resolve this inconvenience. Hotel surroundings outside need some work since some sidewalks are craked or broken.

This is the worst place I've ever been to. The linen was not clean. You could smell other people's odour. The WiFi is essentially useless. The food was bad. How could you possibly mess up breakfast? There wasn't much communication between the host and us guests, you had to figure some things out on your own. Not much hospitality there

The hotel is very good, the staff are wonderful, especially a maid named Andreia, she is very wonderful, everything is very clean, but the internet in the hotel is very bad and I my opinion the mattress to be old and a little smell mold in the room. the breakfast is excellent. I think it just needs some minor improvements to be the hotel is very good.
