"Thank you so much to Zimo customer service! They even helped clean up afterward. There were a lot of mosquitoes the night we checked in. The reason was that I'd opened the window during the day, but no one warned me. I'm used to opening the window as soon as I walk in, and it ruined my sleep. Fortunately, I negotiated with the front desk and got a room change. I paid cash on the spot, and it was over $100 cheaper than my previous room. It seems Ctrip is being too shady. Also, Ctrip's overseas customer service isn't very helpful; don't count on it; you'll have to rely on yourself!
