This hotel is in a beautiful part of Pefkos and location is perfect for the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. That being said it certainly doesn’t live up to its 4 star rating and certainly wasn’t good value for money. The hotel is nice and clean, reception staff lovely and welcoming every day. Our sea view room was nice, fairly small, but very comfortable. It had a fridge and kettle, with glasses and coffee cups, but no tea or coffee provided, which you would expect from a 4 star all inclusive. The housekeeper who serviced our room was exceptional, same lady every day bar one. The pool area is clean and well maintained daily, but cramped with sun-beds, only access into pool is by old fashioned metal steps. Pool bar ok. The main thing that lets this hotel down is the food, very repetitive and little choice. My husband is coeliac, GF bread and biscuits available on request , food was labelled, but one evening chicken souvlaki was labelled GF but had pitta bread mixed in same tray. No GF cereals, was told cornflakes were GF but had other cereals mixed in. Also the fact that you can only access drinks from the pool bar in plastic glasses. No evening time atmosphere, there was a bar selling premium drinks in reception but never found it open.
