Cook’s Club Ialysos

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We couldn't really fault it. The restaurant on site serves amazing food, the pool area is stunning, all of the staff were amazing and our rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that music is played quite loud until about midnight, so if you prefer going to sleep a little earlier then I would advise not getting a room that overlooks the pool.

Me and my partner have just stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff are welcoming and friendly. If you’re not wanting to use the transfer shuttle bus then reception will order you a taxi which usually arrives quickly so we did this to get to old town and costs around €23 The pool area was amazing, we loved the snack menu for lunch and the cocktails/drinks. The portion sizes were huge so we ended up sharing. There is also a shop onsite for drinks/snacks and the ladies who work there are lovely. We tried the restaurant one night where i ordered a gluten free pasta dish (as i’m gluten intolerant) we were sat waiting for quite a while until the server told us there was an issue with the gf pasta which was causing the delay and offered us a starter on the house. By the time the food came out, you could tell my partners steak had been sat there a while. We also tried to order room service which was quite chaotic, we called and asked what food they have on the room service menu, they advised us we can order from any menu and to call back - we called back to be told we can actually only order from the evening menu (No pizza etc as this is on the snack menu which stops at 7pm) he then offered that he could do burgers with gluten free bread, to then call us back 2 minutes later advising they can’t actually do this. We ended up ordering gluten free bolognese which was very nice, just a shame with the back and forth trying to order the food. Overall we had a great time here and would recommend to couples/friends. The only downside would be the evening menu/restaurant but there are plenty of places to go out for food instead.

In stayed here for a week in August 2025. The hotel is gorgeous and very clean. The room was spacious and tidy. Our room faced onto the pool so just bear in mind that the music is very loud until 1am every evening - I recommend bringing ear plugs! The bar is great, little pricey at €11 a cocktail but they did taste great. Food at the bar is lovely too. The pool was often busy with towels used to claim the beds as early as 7.30am - however there was always plenty of bean bags at the back to lounge on and they were comfy. Did not use the Spa but have attached prices for people to see. Breakfast buffet was great, very tasty. Air con in the room was set up so that once it reached 18 degrees, it would turn off to be “eco friendly”. Was a bit of a pain having to repeatedly go up and turn it back down again. Lots of cute cats at the hotel.

Fantastic experience all around, hotel is fantastic and the staff are all amazing. Food is excellent, and the hotel has excellent WiFi.

We had an amazing stay at Cook’s Club, and the person who truly stood out was Emanuel. He was incredibly service-minded and made us feel genuinely welcomed. From helping us plan our days to recommending great restaurants and places to visit around Rhodes, he went above and beyond. I truly hope he gets the appreciation he deserves!
