Everything was good except dinner. Breakfast is ok but dinner need upgrade.

We stayed here for a week in June 2025, I think it’s fair to say there is a lot not quite right with the hotel. It’s by no means a bad hotel, and if you’re like us and don’t get too annoyed or upset by lots of small things, you can have a great time here. The reality is that when you ask for something, e.g pool towels, or a mini bar top up , the staff will absolutely help out and fix things that aren’t quite right. Nothing massive went wrong, it’s just they clearly don’t have enough staff to offer that extra service you might expect. It kinda feels like they’re just trying to make a bit of money this summer to fix the place up for next season. We found that the pool was dirty (we never saw it cleaned) and the pool side was only mopped twice while we stayed there. Once the bar staff left at 6pm nothing was touched, so any drinks finished after 6pm just stayed outside all night. On one occasion the towels didn’t even get changed until the following day. Bar staff and poolside staff all friendly - except the lady at the food truck who I wasn’t particularly friendly, however we didn’t speak any Greek and this could have been a language barrier. Room was great, we just had a standard room. Had one maintenance issue with the door not locking they fixed it super fast. The show took a while to warm up initially (day 1) but then each day hot water was fine. Food in the main buffet restaurant was a little disappointing, not loads of choices but this was easy forget as the Al Carte restaurants were great (minus the killer mosquitoes in the Asian). The buffet just needs maybe an extra 30% more choice. Coffee was terrible (I love coffee next time I’d bring my own) coffee machine in the room was okay, but I wanted a better coffee option at breakfast - like pots of coffee brought to the table. It gives us something to drink while we wait for the rest our party to get back from the buffet. WiFi was super strong throughout the resort and a workstation at reception. Great drink options but could do with another bar, particularly for the evening. Which lacked entertainment. They had a DJ one night - but it’s not that kinda place. Maybe a live musician? They did put on a dance performance however the all but one of the performers clearly felt embarrassed and it felt out of place at the one bar. Maybe next time use the performance space and open a bar there? All in all, it was good, just don’t expect the small details. Think of this pace as a 4 star place with 5 star design.

We stay at your hotel for 1 week and the architecture of the hotel was wonderful, the morning food was very good and when something finished they bring a new one immediately but the dinner was little poor. Our room was okey and we love the Italian al cart restaurant, the food and the salads was amazing but what we are going to miss the most from there was the desserts !The morning manager was little rude and we felt like there was no organization in the main restaurant but the rest of the staff very friendly

First time in an all inclusive hotel - found it very easy to access all services, with good quality food and drinks. Good options for pool, but preferred swimming the sea.
